- Florida Panthers at Boston Bruins (6:30 p.m. ET)
- Vancouver Canucks at Edmonton Oilers (9:30 p.m. ET)
Panthers vs Bruins Free Pick
The first three games have flown "over" the number in this series, but we're now definitely anticipating much more of a defensive affair here in Game 4.
Note that Boston has seen the total go "under" in eight of its last 12 in trying to avenge a home loss as an underdog vs. an opponent.
And note that Florida has seen the total fly "under" the number in four of its last five after playing to three or more straight "overs" in a row.
With each side putting an added emphasis onto the defensive end like we suspect, everything does indeed point to the "under" as the correct call as far as the total is concerned in our opinion!
Canucks vs Oilers Free Pick
While the first two games of this series have flown well OVER the number, I'm now finally predicting a much more defensive affair here in Game 3 now that the series has shifted.
Edmonton has now seen the total fly OVER in three straight, but that's significant to note though as the Oilers have in fact seen the total dip below the posted number in seven of their last ten after playing to three or more straight OVERS in a row.
And note that the Canucks have seen the total dip below the posted number in three of their last four in trying to avenge a home loss vs. an opponent.
Crucial Game 3 here and everything points to these two fatigued sides doubling down on the defensive end.
This number is high, the play is the UNDER.
