Big 12 Tournament odds are in motion for first-round games. But that's of no concern to Houston, which ran away with the No. 1 seed and a bye through the first two rounds.

The Cougars, along with Texas Tech, BYU and Arizona, hit the 2025 Big 12 Conference Tournament odds board starting with Thursday's quarterfinals. The Big 12 Tourney opens Tuesday with four first-round games.

UPDATE MIDNIGHT ET SATURDAY: BYU (23-8 SU/18-12-1 ATS) went on an 8-0 spree to end the regular season, clinching the No. 4 seed in the process. Tonight against visiting Utah, the Cougars won 85-74, just short of covering the 11.5-point spread.

That ended a 7-0 ATS run for BYU.

If seeding holds up in the Big 12 odds quarterfinals market, then BYU will face No. 5 seed Iowa State. The Cougars and Cyclones just met March 4, with BYU winning 88-85 in overtime as 9-point road underdogs.

UPDATE MIDNIGHT ET SATURDAY: Houston stormed through Big 12 conference play, posting a 19-1 SU record, four games clear of the field. In tonight's regular-season finale, the Cougars (27-4 SU/15-15-1 ATS) beat Baylor 65-61 but didn't cash as 4.5-point road faves.

Kelvin Sampson's squad is 23-1 SU in its last 24 games (13-10-1 ATS). The Cougars sandwiched win streaks of 13 and 10 games around an 82-81 home overtime loss to Texas Tech on Feb. 1.

UPDATE MIDNIGHT ET SATURDAY: Texas Tech (24-7 SU/17-14 ATS) won its final three games to land the Big 12's No. 2 seed. Earlier today at Arizona State, the Red Raiders rumbled to an 85-57 victory giving 12.5 points.

If form holds, then Big 12 Tournament quarterfinal odds could see Texas Tech taking on No. 7 seed Baylor. Those two teams met once in the regular season, with the Red Raiders winning 73-59 as 7.5-point home favorites.

UPDATE MIDNIGHT ET SATURDAY: Arizona (20-11 SU/16-15 ATS) didn't have enough today at Kansas, but still got the Big 12's No. 3 seed. The Wildcats fell 83-76 catching 4.5 points.

Arizona alternated SU wins and losses over its last seven games and is 2-6 ATS in its last eight outings. As fate might have it in Big 12 Tournament odds for the quarterfinals, the Wildcats could face Kansas again.

The Jayhawks are the No. 6 seed and meet either No. 11 Utah or No. 14 Central Florida in the second round. A win there would set up a Kansas-Arizona rematch.
