Big East Tournament History

UConn, coming off two straight national championships, was the preseason favorite to win the Big East. But the Huskies struggled more than anticipated in the regular season, so St. John's led the way for the 2025 Big East Tourney.

Marquette was hoping to grab its second conference crown in three seasons, while Creighton was aiming to win the Big East Tournament for the first time ever.
