Miami-Ohio odds are drawing a lot of eyeballs for the 2026 MAC Tournament. That'll happen when a team goes 31-0 in the regular season.

And yet the RedHawks – the only unbeaten team in the nation – aren't even favored to win the MAC Tourney. That honor goes to Akron, with Miami-Ohio the second choice.

LATEST UPDATE: Miami-Ohio is a 7.5-point favorite in BetMGM's MAC Tournament odds, 15 minutes before this quarterfinal tipoff. The RedHawks haven't moved off -7.5 since Tuesday night's opening, but the juice has toggled between the flat -110/-105/-115.

Miami-Ohio is currently -7.5 flat, while taking 70% of spread tickets and money. And BetMGM customers are even laying the -325 moneyline on the RedHawks, at 78% of tickets and practically all the money.

BetMGM's total is at 160.5 as game time nears, plunging from the 166.5 (Under -115) opener on Tuesday, with a few stops along the way. The latest move came in the past hour, from 162.5 to 160.5.

The Under is getting 69% of bets, while 66% of cash is on the Over.

SECOND UPDATE: Miami-Ohio hasn't moved off -7.5 in DraftKings Sportsbook's MAC Tournament odds. As of 2 a.m. ET Thursday, the RedHawks are -7.5 flat, which is where they've been most of the past two days, after opening at -7.5 (-115).

Miami-Ohio, the nation's only unbeaten team at 31-0, is taking 69% of early spread tickets/63% of early spread money.

DraftKings' total has been more on the move, currently at 163.5 (Over -115), after opening at 166.5 and making stops at 165.5 and 164.5 on Wednesday. Ticket count is dead even, but 87% of early money is on the Under.

OPENING ODDS UPDATE: Miami-Ohio (31-0 SU/19-9 ATS) not only had a superb regular season on the court, but also at the betting window. The RedHawks covered at a 67.8% clip, sixth in the nation.

However, Miami-Ohio failed to cash in its last three games and almost lost its perfect record in Friday's regular-season finale. The RedHawks were 4.5-point favorites at Ohio and pulled out a 110-108 overtime victory.

The top-seeded RedHawks meet No. 8 seed UMass (16-15 SU/12-18 ATS) in the MAC Tournament quarterfinals. Coincidentally, UMass' last game was against Ohio, as well, with the Minutemen winning 94-82 as 1.5-point home favorites on March 3.

On Tuesday morning, DraftKings Sportsbook opened Miami-Ohio odds at -7.5 (-115) vs. UMass. As of 2:30 p.m. ET Tuesday, there's been only a juice adjustment, to RedHawks -7.5 flat. The total is stable at 166.5.
