UPDATE NOON ET SUNDAY: An hour before tipoff, Florida is -5.5 (-105) in BetMGM's SEC Tournament odds for the final. The Gators opened -4.5 Saturday evening and got to -5.5 in the middle of the night.

"We are rooting for Tennessee. There's definitely more money on Florida," BetMGM trading manager Christian Cipollini said.

The total opened at 141.5, climbed to 143.5 overnight, but is now back down to 141.5 (Over -115). That said, bettors are all over the Over, particularly with Florida racking up points lately.

"We certainly want the Under," Cipollini said.

UPDATE 10 P.M. ET SATURDAY: No. 4 seed Tennessee (27-6 SU/17-15-1 ATS) pinned an upset on No. 1 seed and national title favorite Auburn in today's semifinals. The Vols won 70-65 as 5.5-point underdogs.

Prior to the SEC Tourney, the Vols were in a 1-6 ATS rut. Now, they've won and cashed in the quarterfinals and semis. Doing it three days in a row, however, will be a daunting task.

No. 2 seed Florida (29-4 SU/24-8 ATS) is one of the best-spread covering outfits in the nation. And the Gators proved it again in SEC semis. Florida put a 100-burger on No. 3 seed Alabama, winning 104-82 as 2.5-point favorites.

In the aftermath of those two games, DraftKings Sportsbook opened Florida as 2.5-point chalk in SEC Tournament odds for the championship game. It didn't take long for that line to sprint higher, stretching out to Gators -4.5 within 40 minutes.

Early action is solidly on Florida, which is attracting 68% of spread bets/82% of spread money. And the moneyline is attracting Gators action too, at 77% of early bets/72% of early money.

DraftKings opened the total at 138.5, and that too was quickly on the move. Within 30 minutes it was up to 141.5, and in just the past few minutes, the number went to 142.5.
