UPDATE 4 P.M. ET MONDAY: Oregon State hopes to pick up where it left off last season, and so do Beavers bettors. Oregon State finished on runs of 7-1 SU – winning its last four games – and 7-0 ATS.

In the Las Vegas Bowl, the Beavers swamped Florida 30-3 giving 7.5 points.

San Jose State (0-1 SU, 1-0 ATS) already has a game under its belt this season, also against a ranked team. The Spartans gave USC a good first half, trailing just 21-14. San Jose State flattened out from there, losing 56-28, but the Spartants covered as 31-point 'dogs.

Caesars' Oregon State-San Jose State line peaked at Beavers -17.5 in early July. Oregon State has been at -17 since Aug. 21. The total dropped from 56.5 to 54.5 right after opening on June 24. The number has been parked there ever since.
