UPDATE 1 P.M. ET FRIDAY: Tulane opened as 22.5-point chalk at BetMGM and moved to -23.5 Thursday. Ticket count is almost dead even, 62% of money is on the Green Wave.

The total opened at 53.5, inched down 53 for an hour Wednesday afternoon, then returned to 53.5. The Over is taking 55% of tickets and a hefty 92% of the money.

UPDATE 3 P.M. ET MONDAY: As good as Tulane is on the field, at 8-1 SU, the Green Wave aren't nearly as good at the betting window, at 3-6 ATS. In Week 10, Tulane barely escaped East Carolina with a 13-10 win giving 17 points.

Tulsa (3-6 SU/2-6-1 ATS) is on an 0-4 SU and ATS slide. The Golden Hurricane, laying 4 points at home, lost to Charlotte 33-26 in overtime

Tulane moved up a notch this morning from -22.5 to -23 at Caesars Sports.
