UPDATE 6:45 P.M. ET SATURDAY: Forty-five minutes from kickoff, Georgia is down to -8.5 (-105) on BetMGM's Week 12 college football odds board. The Bulldogs opened -9.5 and briefly touched -8.5 Monday, then climbed to -10.5 midweek.

That climb was due to the questionable status of Tennessee QB Nico Iamaleava, who was in concussion protocol. However, Iamaleava was cleared Friday, helping this line make its way down.

"The need on the game is just Georgia outright. Sharps have come in late for Tennessee, and lot of Tennessee moneyline action this week," BetMGM trading manager Seamus Magee said. "We're seeing some buyback on Georgia at 8.5. I still think the need is just a Georgia win."

The total opened at 49.5 and slowly made its way down to 45.5 (Over -120) by Friday night and again today. It's now at 46.5.

"Over 47.5 would be nice to have, as well. Decent action on the Under," Magee said.

UPDATE 6 P.M. ET FRIDAY: Georgia opened and is currently -9.5 in Fanatics Sportsbook's college football odds Week 12 market. Tennessee is getting the bulk of spread tickets and money, particularly at +10.

"A lot of 'dog play and a lot of Under play ," Fanatics trader Ty Gour said.

But Georgia moneyline is on plenty of parlay tickets for Saturday's showdown. Tennessee QB Nico Iamaleava (concussion protocol) remains questionable to play.

The total is down to 47.5 from a 50 opener.

UPDATE 6:45 P.M. ET WEDNESDAY: The Bulldogs opened -9 Sunday, went to -9.5/-10 Tuesday and got to -10.5 early this afternoon at The SuperBook. But the Vols are getting attention in the college football odds Week 12 market.

"There are slightly more tickets and money on the 'dog right now, on straight bets and parlays," SuperBook risk manager Casey Degnon said.

One reason Georgia is a bigger favorite: Tennessee QB Nico Iamaleava remains questionable while in concussion protocol.

"We don't really have any sharp action on the game right now," Degnon said.

The total hasn't budged off 48.5.

UPDATE 5 P.M. ET SUNDAY: Georgia (7-2 SU/2-7 ATS) is still among the top five teams in CFP odds, but definitely can't take another SEC loss. In Week 11, the Bulldogs fell to Ole Miss 28-10 giving 2 points on the road.

Tennessee (8-1 SU/5-4 ATS) probably can't even have two losses and make the CFP. In Week 11, the Vols coasted by Mississippi State 33-14, but failed to cover as 26-point home favorites. Tennessee is 1-4 ATS in its last five games.

Georgia is down a tick in TwinSpires Sportsbook's college football odds Week 12 market, going from 9 to -8.5. Early tickets and money are in the 2-1 range on Tennessee.

"The public loves the 'dog here. Many are expecting a closer game. We're hoping Georgia wins in a rout," TwinSpires director of retail sports Zachary Lucas said.

The total dipped from 49.5 to 48.5, with 57% of tickets/52% of dollars on the Over so far.

UPDATE 6:45 P.M. ET SATURDAY: Oregon toggled between -13.5/-14 a couple times this week and is now -13.5 (-115) in BetMGM's college football odds Week 12 market.

Point-spread play is heavily tilted toward the Ducks.

"We're gonna need Wisconsin to stay within 13.5," BetMGM trading manager Seamus Magee said.

The total opened at 52.5 and entered today at 51.5, but it's now down 49.5. However, Magee said there's not much of a decision on the total.

UPDATE 10:30 P.M. ET THURSDAY: DraftKings Sportsbook opened Oregon as 14-point chalk and made a couple trips to -14.5 early in the week. Now, however, the Ducks are down to -13.5.

Still, it's all Oregon on the point spread, at 90% of tickets/89% of money.

The total opened at 53 and bottomed out today at 51.5, with multiple stops along the way. It's still at 51.5 tonight, with tickets 2/1-plus on the Over and money 2/1-plus on the Under.

UPDATE 5 P.M. ET SUNDAY: Oregon (10-0 SU/5-5 ATS) is atop the College Football Playoff rankings, but is No. 2 behind Ohio State – whom it beat – in CFP championship odds. In Week 11, the Ducks dispatched Maryland 39-18, but didnt' cover as 24-point home faves.

Wisconsin (5-4 SU/3-6 ATS) is coming off a bye and looking to bounce back from two consecutive losses. The Badgers were 3-point pups at Iowa in Week 10 and got belted 42-10.

TwinSpires Sportsbook opened Oregon -13.5 and made a stop at -14 on the way to -14.5 in college football Week 12 odds. And it's all Oregon, at 76% of spread bets/84% of spread money.

"Overwhelming support early in the week for the Ducks. There's very little buyback for Wisconsin, even at 14.5," TwinSpires director of retail sports Zachary Lucas said.

The total opened and remains 52.5, with 74% of bets/66% of money on the Over so far.

UPDATE 5 P.M. ET SATURDAY: Two hours before kickoff, Boise State is laying 14 points in BetMGM's college football odds Week 11 market. The Broncos opened -13.5 and advanced to -14 Thursday.

"We need San Jose State here. Pretty much one-way traffic on Boise State," BetMGM trading manager Seamus Magee said.

The total opened at 61.5, and that's where it sits this evening. Magee said there's not much of a decision on the total.

UPDATE 10:30 P.M. ET THURSDAY: Boise State spent much of the past four days toggling between -14/-13.5 on DraftKings' Week 11 college football odds board. This evening, the Broncos jumped to -14.5.

That said, the spread betting splits are rather disparate. Boise State is getting 80% of early tickets, while 84% of early money is on San Jose State.

The total quickly climbed from 59.5 to 61.5 Sunday, then went to 61. It returned to 61.5 Monday and is still there now, with 59% of tickets on the Under/79% of money on the Over.

UPDATE 5 P.M. ET SUNDAY: The only reason Boise State gets ink in this report is because the Broncos are the highest-ranked Group of 5 team, at No. 13 in the CFP. Keep in mind that ultimately, the highest-ranked Group of 5 conference champion makes the 12-team playoff.

In Week 11, Boise State (8-1 SU/5-3-1 ATS) got a stiffer test than expected from Nevada. The Broncos closed as 23.5-point home favorites and won 28-21. That halted a 4-0-1 ATS run.

San Jose State (6-3 SU/5-4 ATS) has alternated SU wins and losses over its last seven games. In Week 11, the Spartans beat Oregon State 24-13 catching 3 points on the road to end an 0-4 ATS purge.

Boise State opened and is currently -13.5 on TwinSpires Sportsbook's college football Week 12 odds board. The Broncos are seeing 52% of spread tickets, while 54% of spread money is on the Spartans.

"It's good two-way action so far. Most of the handle is on the total," TwinSpires director of retail sports Zachary Lucas said. "We'll need a low-scorer if we want to win any money on this game."

The total opened and is still 61.5, with 66% of tickets/77% of money on the Over.

UPDATE 11 A.M. ET SATURDAY: Ninety minutes pre-kick, Texas is 13.5-point chalk on BetMGM's Week 12 college football odds board. That's up a point from earlier this morning, when the Longhorns were at their low for the week of -12.5.

Texas opened -15.5, went to -14.5 Monday and -13.5 Tuesday. The Longhorns' first visit to -12.5 came Thursday, and the line rebounded to -13.5 (-105) Friday. Then came about a 45-minute stint this morning at Texas -12.5.

Still, there's no shortage of action on the favorite today.

"We need Arkansas big here. Texas is one of the most-bet sides of the day," BetMGM trading manager Seamus Magee said.

The Over is also well-played in this matchup. It opened at 56.5, quickly went to 57.5 and peaked at 58.5 this morning. It's now back at 57.5.

"We need the Under," Magee said.

UPDATE 10:30 P.M. ET THURSDAY: The Longhorns tumbled from -16.5 late Sunday morning to -13.5 by Monday afternoon in DraftKings Sportsbook's college football odds Week 12 market. Then this afternoon, Texas dipped to -12.5, and tonight the line is -12.

That said, the Longhorns are still taking 84% of early spread bets/66% of early spread cash.

The total opened at 55, climbed to 58 by this morning and is now 57.5. The Over is seeing 71% of bets/91% of money.

UPDATE 5 P.M. ET SUNDAY: Texas (8-1 SU/6-3 ATS) is a legit national championship contender, sitting third in College Football Playoff odds. In Week 11, the Longhorns throttled Florida 49-17 laying 23.5 points at home.

That ended a 1-3 ATS hiccup for Texas.

Arkansas is a big home underdog this week, but has a huge home upset of Tennessee to its credit this season, 19-14 in Week 5. The Razorbacks (5-4 SU/6-3 ATS) had a bye in Week 11, after getting torched by Ole Miss 63-31 catching 8 points at home in Week 10.

Texas is already down to -13.5 (-118) from a -15.5 opener on TwinSpires Sportsbook's Week 12 college football odds board. The Longhorns are seeing 55% of early spread bets, while 63% of early spread cash is on the Razorbacks.

"Sharp play on Arkansas +15.5 and +14.5," TwinSpires director of retail sports Zachary Lucas said.

The total climbed from 56.5 to 57.5 (Under -115), with 65% of bet/61% of money on the Over.

UPDATE 10:45 A.M. ET SATURDAY: Colorado is up to a 14-point favorite on BetMGM's college football Week 12 odds board. That's up 4.5 points from Sunday's -9.5 opener, and the Buffaloes made stops all along the way: -10/-10.5/-11/-11.5/-12.5/-13.5.

"As is tradition, we need whomever is playing Colorado to cover the spread," BetMGM trading manager Seamus Magee said.

UPDATE 6 P.M. ET FRIDAY: Fanatics opened Colorado -9.5, got as high as -11.5 and is now -10.5. At 11.5, Utah took 73% of spread money, though spread tickets were still split 50/50 at that point.

Plenty of bettors are putting Colorado moneyline into their parlays.

"Buffaloes moneyline is the most popular single-game-parlay pick and second-most-popular parlay pick," Fanatics trader Ty Gour said.

The total is down to 44.5 from a 48.5 opener.

UPDATE 6:45 P.M. ET WEDNESDAY: After opening -10 Sunday evening, Colorado is already out to -12 in The SuperBook's Week 12 college football odds.

"We've got more tickets and money on the favorite, on straight bets and parlays. And it's significantly more money on the favorite," SuperBook risk manager Casey Degnon said, while noting there was sharp action Colorado -11..

The total nudged from 47.5 to 47 Tuesday, but Degnon said their's nothing significant in that market yet.

UPDATE 5 P.M. ET SUNDAY: Colorado (7-2 SU and ATS) is not only one of the nation's best spread-covering outfits, but legitimately could get into the College Football Playoff.

In Week 11, the Buffaloes spotted Texas Tech a 13-0 first-quarter lead, then scored 34 of the next 41 points en route to a 41-21 victory. Coach Prime & Co. cashed as 4.5-point road favorites, and the Buffs are 6-1 SU/7-0 ATS in their last seven games.

Utah was among the preseason Big 12 favorites. But the loss of QB Cam Rising (ankle) and a five-game losing skid ended all that talk. Still, in Week 11, the Utes (4-5 SU/3-6 ATS) gave visiting BYU a good fight before losing 23-22 on a final-seconds field goal.

Utah covered as a 3-point home underdog, ending a 1-6 ATS slide.

TwinSpires Sportsbook opened Colorado -9.5 and made a stop at -10 on the way to -10.5 (-104). The Buffaloes are netting 67% of early spread tickets/75% of early spread money in the college football odds Week 12 market.

"The Buffs have been ATS-covering machines, and the public is lining up to back them again. Utah will be a big need for us," TwinSpires director of retail sports Zachary Lucas said.

The total dipped from 47.5 to 46.5, with 60% of tickets on the Over/55% of money on the Under early on.
