College Football Odds for Week 13

No. 5 Florida State vs Florida Odds

Matchup Spread Total Moneyline
  • Opening point spread: Florida State -6.5
  • Opening moneyline: Florida State -430/Florida +330
  • Opening total: Over/Under 51 points scored
  • Time: 7 p.m. ET Saturday (ESPN)

UPDATE 6 P.M. ET SATURDAY: An hour before kickoff, Florida State remains nailed to -6.5 at BetMGM Nevada. The only movement all week was on the juice, and the Seminoles are currently -6.5 (-115).

"It's just over 2/1 tickets Florida State, and money is running almost 4/1 Florida State," BetMGM Nevada's Scott Shelton said of spread betting in the sportsbook's Las Vegas market. "On the moneyline, it's just over 4/1 tickets and 10/1 money on Florida."

So bettors are taking the 'dog for the outright upset, currently at +200. Shelton said BetMGM Nevada needs a Seminoles win/Gators cover tonight.

The total went from 51 to 50.5 Monday and has been at 49.5 since Wednesday. It's currently 49.5 (Under -115).

"Tickets are 2/1 on the Under, but money is 3/1 on the Over," Shelton said.

UPDATE 4:30 P.M. ET FRIDAY: DraftKings' lookahead line on Nov. 15 had Florida State -11.5. But in the wake of QB Jordan Travis' season-ending injury, the spread reopened Seminoles -6.5 Sunday afternoon.

After brief early-week stays at -5.5 and -7, the line has been steady at Florida State -6.5 since Monday afternoon. Spread tickets are running 2.5/1 and spread money 2/1 in DK's college football odds Week 13 market.

The total dipped from 51 to 50 Monday and has been at 49 since Wednesday. The Over is seeing 63% of tickets, while money is running almost dead even.

UPDATE 8:30 P.M. ET MONDAY: Florida State (11-0 SU/6-5 ATS) warmed up for this Sunshine State showdown with an easy game against FCS foe North Alabama. The Seminoles breezed to a 58-13, just short of covering a massive 47.5-point spread.

But the victory was costly, as quarterback Jordan Travis suffered a serious left leg injury in the first quarter, ending his season.

Florida (5-6 SU/4-7 ATS) tuned up with a much tougher game and nearly pulled off a big road upset. The Gators were catching 12.5 points at Missouri and lost 33-31 on a final-seconds field goal.

Florida State hasn't moved off -6.5 in TwinSpires' college football odds Week 13 market. Underdog Florida is attracting 57% of early tickets/66% of early money on the spread.

"Florida is a trendy 'dog, as Florida State is missing its star QB for the rest of the season," Lucas said.

The total is down a point to 50, with 60% of tickets/64% of money on the Under.

UPDATE 4:30 P.M. ET FRIDAY: DK moved the Fighting Irish from -22.5 to -24/-24.5 in short order Sunday afternoon. Notre Dame kept advancing Monday, to -25 and -26.

The Irish are taking 61% of spread bets/79% of spread money.

The total moved from 50.5 to 52.5 by Monday afternoon, then backed up to 51.5 shortly thereafter. Thursday brought moves to 50.5/50, and it remains 50 today. The Over is netting 76% of bets and 57% of money.

UPDATE 4 P.M. ET MONDAY: Notre Dame (8-3 SU and ATS) disposed of Wake Forest 45-7 giving 24 points at home in Week 12. Stanford (3-8 SU/5-6 ATS) lost to California 27-15 getting 7 points at home.

No. 1 Georgia vs Georgia Tech Odds

Matchup Spread Total Moneyline
  • Opening point spread: Georgia -23
  • Opening moneyline: Georgia -3500/Georgia Tech +1280
  • Opening total: Over/Under 60 points scored
  • Time: 7:30 p.m. ET Saturday (ABC)

UPDATE 6:15 P.M. ET SATURDAY: Georgia moved from -23.5 to -24.5 (-105) Monday at BetMGM Nevada, and since then, there's only been a nominal juice move. This afternoon, the Bulldogs adjusted to -24.5 (-115).

"It's 4/1 tickets Georgia, but 5/1 money Georgia Tech," BetMGM Nevada's Scott Shelton said. "We took a $57,500 bet at Georgia Tech +24.5 (-115)."

That bet is what's heavily skewing the spread money count toward the Yellow Jackets.

The total dipped from 60.5 to 59.5 Wednesday and hasn't moved since at BetMGM Nevada. Shelton said ticket count is dead even and money is 2/1 on the Under.

UPDATE 4:30 P.M. ET FRIDAY: The Bulldogs opened as 24-point favorites at DraftKings and quickly fell back to -23 Sunday afternoon. Georgia returned to -24 Monday and hasn't moved since.

It's all Bulldogs on the spread, at 90% of tickets/87% of money.

The total opened and has remained at 60 almost all week, save for a couple short stints at 60.5. The Over is drawing 56% of tickets, while 61% of cash is on the Under.

UPDATE 4 P.M. ET MONDAY: Georgia (11-0 SU/5-6 ATS) spotted Tennessee a 7-0 lead on the game's first play, giving up a 75-yard touchdown run. But the Bulldogs rolled from there, winning 38-10 as 9-point road faves.

Georgia Tech (6-5 SU and ATS) notched its third win in four games to get bowl-eligible. The Yellow Jackets beat Syracuse 31-22 laying 6.5 points at home.

Georgia opened -23 Sunday at Caesars Sports and advanced to -24 this afternoon.

The Over is taking 71% of tickets, but money is running almost dead even.

UPDATE 4:30 P.M. ET MONDAY: Kansas State is 5-1 SU/4-1-1 ATS in its last five games, with the only SU setback a 33-30 overtime loss at Texas. The Wildcats (8-3 SU/7-3-1 ATS) overcame a 27-16 third-quarter deficit at Kansas in Week 12, winning 31-26 as 7-point favorites.

Iowa State (6-5 SU and ATS) lost to Texas 26-16 as a 7-point home pup in Week 12.

Washington State vs No. 4 Washington Odds

Matchup Spread Total Moneyline
  • Opening point spread: Washington -17
  • Opening moneyline: Washington -610/Washington State +440
  • Opening total: Over/Under 68 points scored
  • Time: 4 p.m. ET Saturday (FOX)

UPDATE 3 P.M. ET SATURDAY: BetMGM is down to Washington -14.5 with an hour to go until kickoff. The Huskies opened -16.5, dipped to -15.5 Friday, returned to -16.5 this morning, then went back to -15.5.

This afternoon, Washington fell another point to -14.5. But even with the line moving toward the 'dog, BetMGM is a fan of the Cougars, as are professional bettors.

"The sharps have liked the Cougars all week," BetMGM's Seamus Magee said. "Wazzu is a need, but not like Auburn. Wazzu +15.5 is what we're cheering on at the moment."

The total has been on the decline late in the week at BetMGM. It opened at 68.5, went to 67 Thursday, 66 Friday and 65.5 this morning. Current splits aren't available.

UPDATE 3 P.M. ET FRIDAY: DraftKings slotted Washington as a 16-point favorite, peaked at -16.5 Sunday night and hit a low of -15.5 Thursday and today. It's currently Washington -15.5, with 73% of spread tickets on Washington and 53% of spread money on Washington State.

The total opened at 68.5, fell to 67 by Thursday, then went to 66.5/66 this afternoon. The Under is taking 54% of tickets and 57% of money.

UPDATE 8:30 P.M. ET MONDAY: In Week 12, Washington (11-0 SU/6-4-1 ATS) closed as an underdog for the first time this season, and got the job done. The Huskies held off Oregon State 22-20 as a 1-point road pup.

Washington State (5-6 SU and ATS) ended its 0-6 SU/1-15 ATS nosedive. The Cougars buffaloed Colorado 56-14 as 4-point home favorites in Week 12.

However, it might be too late for Washington State to salvage a six-win season and a bowl bid, having to face its archrival on the road in the Apple Cup.

TwinSpires backed up from Washington -17 to -16.5 tonight. Spread tickets are just shy of 2/1 and spread dollars just beyond 2/1 on Washington State.

"Washington has been playing with fire the last four weeks. The public loves Washington State getting the points in this rivalry matchup," Lucas said.

The total is up a half-point to 68.5, with early tickets and money running 3/1 on the Over.

No. 8 Alabama vs Auburn Odds

Matchup Spread Total Moneyline
  • Opening point spread: Alabama -14.5
  • Opening moneyline: Alabama -460/Auburn +340
  • Opening total: Over/Under 49 points scored
  • Time: 3:30 p.m. ET Saturday (CBS)

UPDATE 3 P.M. ET SATURDAY: Thirty minutes pre-kick, the Crimson Tide are laying 13.5 points at BetMGM. Alabama opened -14.5 and initially bumped up to -15.5 Monday, then quickly returned to -14.5. On Thursday, the Tide receded to -13.5.

Still, earlier today, it was all 'Bama, at 83% of spread bets/96% of spread money. The latest splits aren't available, but listening to BetMGM trader Seamus Magee, not much has changed.

"Auburn is a big need for us on the spread," Magee said as kickoff approached.

BetMGM's total opened at 49, went to 48.5 Wednesday and 47.5 for a few hours Thursday. It then rebounded to 48, but this afternoon returned to 47.5. Earlier today, tickets were 2/1 on the Over, while money was 2/1 on the Under.

UPDATE 3 P.M. ET FRIDAY: DraftKings' college football Week 13 odds board opened 'Bama -14.5 and stuck there most of the week. On Thursday, there were two downward moves within a few minutes, to Alabama -14/-13.5.

That noted, spread bettors are on the Crimson Tide, to the tune of 6/1 tickets and 3/1 money.

The total dipped from 49 to 48.5 Monday, then to 47.5 Thursday, where it remains now. Betting splits are quite disparate, with tickets 9/1 on the Over and money 2/1 on the Under.

UPDATE 8:30 P.M. ET MONDAY: Alabama (10-1 SU/8-3 ATS) heads to the Iron Bowl on a 9-0 SU/7-2 ATS roll. In Week 12, the Crimson Tide ostensibly got a bye against FCS foe Chattanooga and cruised 66-10 giving 44.5 points.

Auburn (6-5 SU/5-6 ATS) would love nothing more than to crush its archrival's CFP hopes. But this is a Tigers team coming off a shocking nonconference home loss to New Mexico State. Auburn never led, getting shut down 31-10 as hefty 25.5-point chalk.

Alabama is up a half-point to -15 on TwinSpires' college football Week 13 odds board. Ticket count is 5/1 and money 3/1 Crimson Tide in the early going.

"It's all Alabama so far. I don't expect that to change much," Lucas said.

The total hasn't moved off 49, with 62% of tickets/60% of cash on the Over.

No. 16 Arizona vs Arizona State Odds

Matchup Spread Total Moneyline
  • Opening point spread: Arizona -12
  • Opening moneyline: Arizona -315/Arizona State +250
  • Opening total: Over/Under 51 points scored
  • Time: 3:30 p.m. ET Saturday (ESPN)

UPDATE 7:30 P.M. ET FRIDAY: The Wildcats opened -10 at DraftKings and spent much of the week toggling between -10/-10.5/-11. Arizona peaked at -11.5 Thursday and this afternoon, and is now up to -12.

Spread ticket count is 7/1 and spread money 5/1 on Arizona.

The total opened at 51, fell to 49 by Tuesday and remained 49 pretty much the rest of the week. Ticket count is 5/1 and money just shy of 2/1 on the Over.

UPDATE 4:30 P.M. ET MONDAY: Arizona (8-3 SU/9-2 ATS) is just nine points away from being on a 9-0 SU run, much of it coming against ranked teams. And the Wildcats are tied for the second-best spread-covering mark in the nation.

In Week 12, Arizona dumped all over a good Utah team. The 'Cats stormed to a 28-0 lead just seconds into the second quarter while rolling to a 42-18 victory as 2.5-point home favorites.

Arizona State (3-8 SU/5-5-1 ATS) is playing out the string, hoping to upset its archrival. In Week 12, the Sun Devils got toasted by Oregon, falling behind 42-0 at halftime in a 49-13 loss catching 24.5 points at home.

Caesars initially moved Arizona-ASU from Wildcats -12 to -13 a few minutes after opening Sunday. The line inched down to Arizona -12.5 Sunday evening, then went to -11.5 this morning.

UPDATE 4:30 P.M. ET FRIDAY: The Cowboys spent most of the first half of the week at -17 on DraftKings' college football Week 12 odds board. For about 22 hours Sunday into Monday, though, Oklahoma State was at -17.5.

On Wednesday night, the Pokes dipped to -16.5, then Thursday briefly touched -16 before returning to -16.5. Tickets and money are just shy of 2/1 on BYU.

The total opened at 57, bottomed out at 55.5 multiple times during the week and is now 56. Ticket count is dead even, and money is 2.1/5 on the Under.

UPDATE 4:30 P.M. ET MONDAY: In Week 12, Oklahoma State (8-3 SU/7-4 ATS) seemingly had a bit of a hangover from the Week 11 butt-kicking suffered at Central Florida. The Cowboys went to Houston as 6.5-point faves and trailed 23-9 in the second quarter.

But Mike Gundy's troops rallied by scoring the next 27 points en route to a 43-30 win and cover.

BYU's first season in the Big 12 hasn't been too welcoming, including four straight losses entering the season finale. But the Cougars (5-6 SU/4-7 ATS) gave Oklahoma a tough game throughout before falling 31-24 as 25.5-point home underdogs.

UPDATE 3 P.M. ET FRIDAY: Tennessee opened as 26.5-point chalk at DraftKings on Sunday and quickly dipped to -25. But the line rebounded to Vols -27 by Monday and has been painted at that number ever since. Spread tickets and dollars are running 3/1 on Tennessee.

The total toggled between 56.5 and 57.5 a few times Thursday/early today. It's now at 57.5, with tickets 3/1 and money 7/1 on the Over.

UPDATE 3:30 P.M. ET MONDAY: Heading into the regular-season finale, Tennessee (7-4 SU/6-5 ATS) has dropped two in a row, albeit it against very good opposition. In Week 12 vs. Georgia, the Vols got a 75-yard Jaylen Wright touchdown run on the game's first play.

However, Tennessee was dominated from that point forward, losing 38-10 as 9-point home 'dogs.

Vanderbilt won its first two games and hasn't tasted victory since then. The Commodores (2-9 SU/1-10 ATS) had a bye in Week 12, after losing to South Carolina 47-6 as 13.5-point road pups. Vandy is the worst spread-covering team among all 133 FCS programs.

UPDATE 3 P.M. ET FRIDAY: DraftKings posted James Madison at -7 and sped to -8/-9 Sunday afternoon. The Dukes briefly dipped back to -8 Monday afternoon, but returned to -9 and have been pinned there ever since.

Underdog Coastal Carolina is drawing 54% of spread bets/66% of spread money.

The total is painted to 50.5, sticking there all week. The Over is netting 82% of bets, but just 53% of money.

UPDATE 2 P.M. ET MONDAY: James Madison (10-1 SU/7-4 ATS) finally took it on the chin, and as a 10-point favorite no less. The Dukes trailed most of the game and needed a last-minute TD to forge a 20-20 tie and force overtime. James Madison then lost 26-23.

Coastal Carolina (7-4 SU/8-3 ATS) had its five-game SU and ATS hot streak tanked by Army. The Chanticleers fell 28-21 as 1.5-point road pups.

Early bettors, perhaps reacting to JMU's loss, quickly bet the line down from Dukes -11.5 to -9.5 Sunday afternoon at Caesars. This afternoon, James Madison dipped to -9. The total is down a half-point to 50.5.

Matchup Spread Total Moneyline
  • Opening point spread: Michigan -3.5
  • Opening moneyline: Michigan -118/Ohio State -102
  • Opening total: Over/Under 46.5 points scored
  • Time: Noon ET Saturday (FOX)

UPDATE 11 A.M. ET SATURDAY: An hour before kickoff, Michigan is -3 (-115) at BetMGM. The Wolverines spent all week at -3.5, either flat or -105, before dipping to -3 (-115) this morning.

No surprise, Ohio State-Michigan is taking more bets than any other game in BetMGM's college football odds Week 13 market. Spread tickets and money are in the 2/1 range on the Buckeyes, who are No. 1 in spread tickets and No. 2 in spread money among all teams playing today.

At BetMGM's Beau Rivage sportsbook in Biloxi, Miss., there's a $525,000 bet on Ohio State +3 (-105).

On the moneyline at BetMGM, it's 3/1 tickets and 2/1 money on Ohio State, currently +130.

"Plenty of money on Ohio State, spread and moneyline. We'll need Michigan -3," BetMGM trading team lead Seamus Magee said. "Lots of bets on Marvin Harrison Jr. to do things today, as well – receiving yards, TD props etc."

BetMGM's total opened at 46.5, went to 45.5 Tuesday, 46 Wednesday and 46.5 Thursday. This morning, the number reverted to 45.5 on two-way play, with 55% of tickets/51% of dollars on the Over.

UPDATE 2:30 P.M. ET FRIDAY: DraftKings Sportsbook opened Michigan -4 Sunday, then spent pretty much all week at various iterations of -3.5. The Wolverines are now -3.5 flat, while ticket count runs almost 2/1 and money 2.5/1 on the underdog Buckeyes.

Bettors are also playing Ohio State on the moneyline, with tickets 2.5/1 and money nearly 3/1 on the Buckeyes.

DK's total opened at 46.5 and touched 47 multiple times throughout the week. The number hit a low of 45.5 Wednesday before climbing back up to 47 by this morning, and it's now 46.5 again. It's two-way action, with 56% of bets on the Over/53% of money on the Under.

UPDATE 8:30 P.M. ET MONDAY: The Game has arrived, with this week's winner at the Big House advancing to the Big Ten championship game. Not to mention staying on track in the College Football Playoff odds market.

Michigan (11-0 SU/5-5-1 ATS) again made do as coach Jim Harbaugh served the second game of a three-game suspension. But after building a 23-3 cushion early in the third quarter, the Wolverines let Maryland make things interesting.

Michigan ultimately got out of College Park with a 31-24 victory, failing to cover the 18-point spread.

Ohio State (11-0 SU/6-4-1 ATS) warmed up for The Game by mashing Minnesota 37-3 as 27.5-point road chalk. The Buckeyes are 5-1-1 ATS in their last seven games.

Michigan moved to -4, then this evening returned to -3.5 in TwinSpires' college football odds Week 13 market. That said, 65% of early tickets are on the Buckeyes, and 61% of early money is on the Wolverines.

"It's shaping up to be Pros vs. Joes. Pros are on Michigan -3.5," Lucas said.

The total is stable at 46.5, with 52% of tickets on the Under/58% of money on the Over.

Nationally at BetMGM, spread tickets are almost 2/1 and spread money approaching 4/1 on Oregon. And on the moneyline, ticket count is 2.5/1 Oregon State, but money is 3/1 Oregon.

The total climbed from 61.5 to 62.5 Tuesday, then returned to 61.5 this afternoon. At BetMGM Nevada, tickets are running 4/1 on the Over, but money is almost dead even. For BetMGM nationally, it's 3/1 tickets and 2/1 money on the Over.

UPDATE 10:45 A.M. ET FRIDAY: Within a couple hours after opening Oklahoma -13 Sunday night, BetMGM dropped straight to -11.5, then went to -10.5 Monday morning. The Sooners fell to -10 Thursday and hit bottom Friday at -9 briefly, before upping to -9.5.

OU remains -9.5 this morning on two-way spread play, with tickets almost dead even and 59% of cash actually on underdog TCU.

BetMGM's total opened at 63 and nudged up to 63.5 Monday. By Wednesday afternoon, the number got as low as 62 momentarily, then rebounded to 63/63.5. This morning, the total touched 64.5, then returned to 63.5. The Under is taking 59% of tickets/57% of money.

UPDATE 2 P.M. ET MONDAY: Oklahoma (9-2 SU/7-4 ATS) was hefty 25.5-point chalk at BYU and could never pull away. The Sooners needed a mid-fourth-quarter touchdown to secure a 31-24 victory. After a 6-0 ATS start, Oklahoma is 1-4 ATS in its last five outings.

Texas Christian (5-6 SU and ATS) is scrambling for bowl eligibility, miles away from the CFP finalist it was last year. But in Week 12, the Horned Frogs rolled over Baylor 42-17 laying 13 points at home.

The TCU-Oklahoma line has seen a lot of movement in the first 24 hours at Caesars Sports. After opening -12, the Sooners went to -12.5, then backed up to -11.5 Sunday. This morning brought moves down to -10.5, and Oklahoma is now -11.

No. 20 Iowa vs Nebraska Odds

Matchup Spread Total Moneyline
  • Opening point spread: Iowa -1.5
  • Opening moneyline: Iowa -115/Nebraska -104
  • Opening total: Over/Under 27 points scored
  • Time: Noon ET Friday (CBS)

UPDATE 10:45 A.M. ET FRIDAY: As kickoff approaches, the total is all the rage in this game. BetMGM opened at 27.5 Sunday night and steadily dropped all week, bottoming out this morning at a minuscule 24.5 (Over -115).

The Over is taking 62% of tickets/60% of money. By ticket count, Iowa-Nebraska is actually BetMGM's most-bet Over in the college football odds Week 13 market. Part of that is the historically low total, and part of that is due to being a Friday game, ahead of the bulk of the big Saturday matchups.

"The low total isn't deterring bettors. We are still taking way more Over money," BetMGM trader Christian Cipollini said.

As for the spread, Nebraska opened -1.5 at BetMGM. On Monday the line jumped the fence twice, first to Iowa -1.5, then back to Nebraska -1.5. The Huskers advanced to -2.5 Tuesday and -2.5 (-115) Thursday.

However, ticket count is 2.5/1 and money 2/1 on the underdog Hawkeyes.

UPDATE 2 P.M. ET MONDAY: Iowa (9-2 SU/5-5-1 ATS) continues to rack up wins and Unders. In Week 12, the Hawkeyes edged Illinois 15-13, failing to cover the 3-point spread. And of course, the game fell short of the 32.5 total. The Under is 9-2 for Iowa this season.

Nebraska (5-6 SU/4-6-1 ATS) is on a three-game skid and needs a win in the regular-season finale to earn a bowl bid. The Huskers fell to Wisconsin 24-17 in Week 12, pushing as 7-point road 'dogs.

Caesars already made the modest move to jump the fence on Iowa-Nebraska. The Hawkeyes opened -1.5 Sunday afternoon, went to -1 a few hours later, then this morning dipped to pick before flipping to Huskers -1.

The absurdly low total – or maybe it's not absurd at this point – opened at 27 and is already down to 26.5.

UPDATE 2:30 P.M. ET THURSDAY: BetMGM has Mississippi as 10-point chalk for tonight's Egg Bowl between these instate SEC rivals. That's down 1.5 points from a Rebels -11.5 opener in the college football odds Week 13 market.

The line dipped to Ole Miss -11 Monday and -10 Tuesday, returned to -10.5 Wednesday, then receded to -10 this morning. Contrary to the movement, it's all Rebels on the spread, at 84% of tickets/80% of money.

BetMGM's total fell from 56.5 to 55.5 Sunday night, then went to 54.5 (Under -115) this morning. It's two-way play with a lean toward the Over, at 58% of tickets/56% of moey.

UPDATE 8:30 P.M. ET MONDAY: Ole Miss (9-2 SU/6-4-1 ATS) had no trouble with Louisiana-Monroe, other than having its final points tally fall short of the game's point spread of -36.5. The Rebels won 35-3, falling a few point short of cashing.

Mississippi State (5-6 SU/3-8 ATS) took care of Southern Miss 41-20 laying 18 points at home. The Bulldogs snapped a three-game SU and ATS slide, and further halted a 1-8 spread-covering nosedive. Mississippi State now needs a big Week 13 upset to get bowl-eligible.

TwinSpires Sportsbook opened Mississippi -10.5 and made a stop at -11 on the way to -11.5. Early spread tickets are running 2/1 and early spread money 3/1-plus on the Rebels.

"Overwhelming tickets and money on Ole Miss already. Mississippi State will be a sizable need," TwinSpires director of retail sports Zachary Lucas said.

The total inched from 56 to 55.5.
