UPDATE 2:15 P.M. ET SATURDAY: With kickoff 75 minutes out, the host Rebels are -9.5 (-115) in BetMGM's college football odds Week 6 market. Ole Miss opened -9, got to -9.5 Tuesday, then retreated to -8.5 Thursday.

The line returned to Rebels -9.5 late Friday night, with the juice going to -115 about an hour ago.

"We've got an even split everywhere in Ole Miss-South Carolina," BetMGM trading manager Seamus Magee said. "Sharps like the Over. We opened at 51.5 and are now at 53.5."

That said, Magee noted there's not much of a need on the total.

UPDATE 2 P.M. ET FRIDAY: Ole Miss was -9.5 at DraftKings on Sunday afternoon and quickly fell back to -8. By Sunday night, though, the Rebels were back to -9.5. On Wednesday night, the line fell to Ole Miss -9, then went to -8.5 Thursday and -8 this morning.

But it's now back at Rebels -9 on two-way action. Ole Miss is taking 58% of spread bets/55% of spread money.

DraftKings opened the total at 51.5 and steadily made its way to 54 by this morning. It's now at 53, with 75% of bets/80% of cash on the Over.

UPDATE 4 P.M. ET WEDNESDAY: The Rebels are giving 9.5 points on the road at Fanatics Sportsbook, up a point from the -8.5 opener. Early bettors are looking for an Ole Miss bounce-back, with 67% of spread tickets/87% of spread money on the Rebels.

The total is up to 53.5 from a 51.5 opener, with the Over attracting 71% of early tickets/89% of early cash.

UPDATE 4 P.M. ET MONDAY: No. 12 Ole Miss (4-1 SU and ATS) is coming off a shocking loss that could leave little margin for error to earn a CFP bid. The Rebels were stifled throughout by Kentucky and lost 20-17 as 15-point home favorites.

Mississippi missed a 48-yard field goal with 48 seconds remaining.

South Carolina (3-1 SU and ATS) hammered that same Kentucky team 31-6 as a 9.5-point road underdog in Week 2. In Week 3, the Gamecocks had LSU on the ropes with a 24-10 lead, but ultimately fell just short as 6-point home pups, losing 36-33.

In Week 4, South Carolina rolled over Akron 50-7 laying 24.5 points at home. The Gamecocks had a bye in Week 5.

TwinSpires opened Ole Miss -9 vs. South Carolina and is up to -9.5 (-115) in the college football odds Week 6 market. The Gamecocks are drawing 65% of early spread bets, while 59% of early spread money is on the Rebels.

"The public thinks this is too many points, based off what Ole Miss did last week. Sharps disagree and took Ole Miss -9," TwinSpires director of retail sports Zachary Lucas said.

The total rose from 51.5 to 52.5, with 69% of bets/63% of money on the Over.

UPDATE 2:15 P.M. ET SATURDAY: Ohio State is down to -17.5 in BetMGM's odds for college football Week 6. On Sunday, the Buckeyes opened -20.5, and the number went to -19.5 (-115) Monday. Thursday brought a juice adjustment to Buckeyes -19.5 (-105).

Late Friday night, Ohio State fell to -18.5, followed late this morning by the drop to -17.5.

"Sharps love Iowa, betting +20.5 down to +17.5. The public is all over the Buckeyes at each number," Magee said. "Sharps also bet the Over up, from 44.5 to 46.5. We'd like the Under, but it's not a big need."

UPDATE 2 P.M. ET FRIDAY: The Buckeyes hit DraftKings Week 6 college football odds board as healthy 20.5-point favorites. Ohio State dipped to -20/-19.5 multiple times early in the week, then fell back to -19/-18.5/-18 Thursday.

It's now Buckeyes -18, even though 79% of spread tickets/78% of spread dollars are on Ohio State.

DraftKings' total opened at 44.5 and multiple times peaked at 45.5, the latest coming this morning. The Over is drawing 81% of tickets/76% of money.

UPDATE 4 P.M. ET WEDNESDAY: Fanatics has Ohio State laying 19.5 points in odds for college football Week 6. The Buckeyes are taking a relatively modest 60% of early spread tickets, but that's translating into 81% of early spread dollars.

The total crept from 44.5 to 45, with 62% of tickets on the Over/58% of money on the Under.

UPDATE 4 P.M. ET MONDAY: No. 3 Ohio State (4-0 SU/2-2 ATS) looks to stay on track in the Big Ten and the CFP race. In Week 5, the Buckeyes drilled Michigan State 38-7 laying 23.5 points at home.

Here's a shocker for Iowa: The Over has hit in all four games this season, aided by the Hawkeyes breaking the 30-point barrier three times. Iowa (3-1 SU/2-2 ATS) had a bye in Week 5, after notching a 31-14 win at Minnesota as 3-point chalk.

TwinSpires Sportsbook opened Iowa-Ohio State at Buckeyes -20.5, and it just backed up to -19.5 in college football week 6 odds. The Hawkeyes are attracting 63% of early spread bets/67% of early spread money.

"Bettors are taking the insurance and expecting a close game here for Iowa. We'll gladly take that action at +20.5," TwinSpires director of retail sports Zachary Lucas said.

The total opened at 44.5, moved to 45.5, then returned to 44.5. The Over is getting 55% of tickets/60% of money.

UPDATE 10:45 A.M. ET SATURDAY: Seventy-five minutes before kickoff, the Aggies are laying 2.5 points in BetMGM's Week 6 college football odds market. That's where Texas A&M opened Sunday, and A&M spent time Monday at -1.5 at various juice (-115/flat/-105).

The line then spent most of the week at Aggies -2.5 (-105) before going to -2.5 flat late Friday night.

"The spread has been pretty even, handle-wise. But I think we'll need A&M moneyline. Many bettors who like Mizzou are taking them outright," BetMGM trading manager Seamus Magee said.

BetMGM's total opened at 49.5, dipped to 48.5 Monday and 47.5 Friday. In digital wagering (online/mobile), ticket and money percentages are heavy to the Under, but Magee said it's not much of a decision.

UPDATE 2 P.M. ET FRIDAY: Texas A&M opened -1 at DraftKings, made its way to -2.5 by Monday night and has since toggled a couple times between -2.5/-2. The Aggies are now -2.5, but the Tigers are landing 69% of spread bets/65% of spread money.

DraftKings customers are also hitting Missouri on the moneyline, at 76% of bets/73% of money.

The total opened at 49, peaked at 49.5 early in the week and is now down to 48. The Over is seeing 74% of bets, but 57% of cash is on the Under.

UPDATE 3 P.M. ET WEDNESDAY: Fanatics Sportsbook has the Aggies -2.5 midweek in the college football odds Week 6 market. That matches the opening number, though Texas A&M spent time at -2.

Fanatics senior editor Max Meyer said point-spread play is lopsided to Missouri, at 85% of tickets/72% of money early on. However, A&M is a popular moneyline play, currently -130 while taking three times more moneyline dollars than Mizzou.

In fact, Meyer said Texas A&M has taken the second-most moneyline cash of any team in Week 6.

Fanatics' total is down a point to 48.5, but 90% of early tickets/76% of early dollars are on the Over.

UPDATE 4 P.M. ET MONDAY: No. 9 Missouri (4-0 SU/2-2 ATS) is coming off a bye week, which it probably needed after a huge Week 4 scare. The Tigers closed as 18.5-point home favorites vs. Vanderbilt and escaped with a 30-27 double-overtime win.

No. 25 Texas A&M (4-1 SU/1-4 ATS) lost its season opener at home vs. Notre Dame. But the Aggies followed with four straight wins. In Week 5, A&M held off Arkansas 21-17, but failed to cover as 6.5-point neutral-site chalk at AT&T Stadium.

TwinSpires Sportsbook opened the Aggies -2.5 vs. the Tigers. The line fell to -1.5, rebounded to -2 and is now -1.5 again. Missouri is landing 66% of early spread tickets/63% of early spread money.

On the moneyline, the Tigers are taking 70% of early tickets/58% of early cash.

"Mizzou is shaping up to be a public 'dog. Unless something drastic happens, we'll need the Aggies," TwinSpires director of retail sports Zachary Lucas said.

The total is down a point to 48.5, with 61% of tickets/52% of money on the Over.

UPDATE 7:30 P.M. ET FRIDAY: With kickoff 90 minutes out, UNLV is a 6-point favorite at BetMGM. This line surged from Rebels -4 Sunday to -6.5 by Monday afternoon, then toggled between -6.5/6 during the week.

In the past hour, UNLV briefly dipped to -5.5 (-115) before rebounding to -6. Syracuse is actually taking 55% of spread bets/62% spread money in BetMGM's digital market (mobile/online betting). The Orange are also landing 80% of moneyline tickets/74% of moneyline dollars.

"We're gonna need UNLV to cover and Under 55.5," BetMGM trading manager Seamus Magee said.

BetMGM opened the total at 58.5, peaked at 59.5 Monday and dropped to 55.5 by this afternoon. The total is now 56.5, with 60% of tickets/56% of money on the Over.

UPDATE 2 P.M. ET FRIDAY: A few hours before kickoff, UNLV is 6-point chalk in DraftKings Sportsbook's college football odds Week 6 market. The Rebels opened -3.5 Sunday and shot to -6.5 by Monday morning.

UNLV fell back to -5.5 Monday evening, but spent most of the past three days at -6.5. It's two-way play with a lean toward UNLV, at 57% of tickets and 55% of money.

The total opened at 57.5, peaked at 59.5 Monday, then steadily made its way down to 55 by early this afternoon. DK is now at 55.5, with 74% of tickets/60% of money on Syracuse.

UPDATE 4 P.M. ET WEDNESDAY: Two days ahead of kickoff, UNLV is out to -6.5 on Fanatics Sportsbook's Week 6 college football odds board. The upstart Rebels, who opened -4, are taking 68% of early spread bets and a hefty 86% of early spread money.

Fanatics' total inched from 58 to 58.5, with early action practically all on the Over, at 83% of bets/97% of cash.

UPDATE 5:30 P.M. ET MONDAY: No. 25 UNLV is out to a 4-0 SU and ATS start, which is unexpected to say the least. Particularly since starting quarterback Matt Sluka left the program last week in a Name/Image/Likeness money dispute.

But the Rebels didn't miss a beat behind QB Hajj-Malik Williams. In Week 5, UNLV closed as a 2.5-point home favorite vs. Fresno State and boatraced the Bulldogs 59-14.

Williams was an efficient 13 of 16 passing for 182 yards and three touchdowns, and he rushed for 119 yards and another TD.

The Rebels also have a 23-20 road win over Kansas to their credit, winning outright as 9-point underdogs. UNLV cracked the AP rankings this week for the first time in program history, sitting at No. 25.

Syracuse (3-1 SU/1-3 ATS) also rolled in Week 5, though against a lightweight FCS opponent. The Orange beat Holy Cross 42-14, just short of covering as 30.5-point home favorites.

TwinSpires Sportsbook opened Syracuse-UNLV at Rebels -4.5 and is already out to -6.5 in the college football odds Week 6 market. The line made stops at -5/-5.5 on the way up. UNLV is netting 60% of early spread tickets/77% of early spread money.

"It's a mix of public and sharp play on UNLV. We may move to 7 to get some money back on Syracuse," TwinSpires director of retail sports Zachary Lucas said.

The Rebels are also nabbing 78% of tickets/82% of cash on the moneyline. The total is up a tick from 58 to 58.5, with 63% of tickets/59% of cash on the Over.
