Unlikely Pairing That Works: Tucker and The Mets

The Mets can make a serious pursuit for Kyle Tucker this season. Adding Tucker to the Mets roster would allow for Juan Soto, who is a defensive liability, to slot into the DH position in the lineup. Tucker would be a defensive upgrade, you would add his offensive production, and would not have to replace Soto's offensive productivity. I would be trading on the Mets, who just lost Edwin Díaz and may be looking to spend some money after last season's embarrassing meltdown ahead of the playoffs.
