Patrick Corbin has been one of the most targeted pitchers in betting/DFS since the beginning of last season, and that's for good reason. Corbin is currently 3-8 this season with a 6.65 ERA, .313 OBA, and career high in XSLG (.541), XBA (.311), and Barrel % (10%). Corbin is coming in with two straight wins, but in those starts he allowed 9 & 7 hits with 4 & 3 earned runs. He took advantage of the Nationals bats finally heating up, but since they’ve returned home it's been a completely different story. Beating the Brewers and Reds was fun, but we saw what happened when this Nationals team ran into the buzzsaw that is the Braves. With Wheeler on the mound tomorrow, I think we see a similar outcome.

Hoskins is not someone who traditionally hits for a high average but is definitely hot right now. Rhys is hitting .253 on the season but that improves to .291 against LHP, and .365 over his last 15 games. He’s coming in with 1+ hits in 7 of his last 8 games, including 3 straight multi-hit games. He has a career .308 BA vs Corbin with 2HR and 3 doubles in 26 AB’s. Hoskins' is also hitting very well against Corbins top pitches this season hitting .297 vs 4 Seamer, .263 vs Sinker, and .333 Changeup. Only pitch he’s struggled against is the Slider on the season, but that pitch has absolutely not been a strength for Corbin this season. Hoskins is in store of a good game, like his home run prop at +245, Washington just allowed 13 in 3 games to the Braves and it's HOT here.
