u49.5 (-110) | -115 -105 |

- Opening total: Over/Under 48 points scored
- Time: 6:30 p.m. ET Sunday, Jan. 26 (CBS)
UPDATE 5:45 P.M. ET SUNDAY: With 45 minutes or so until kickoff, DraftKings is at Kansas City -1 (-105) in NFL Conference Championship Game odds. That's where this line opened last Sunday night, and the spread spent most of the week at various iterations of K.C. -1.5.
The Chiefs briefly got to -2.5 Monday and again for about 18 hours Thursday into Friday. The Bills are drawing 63% of spread tickets/65% of spread dollars. On the moneyline, it's 63% tickets and 54% money on Buffalo.
DraftKings' Julian Edlow relayed this comment from the risk room: "With the public backing Buffalo and the Over, the book is counting on Kansas City to cover in a low-scoring game."
The total opened at 49.5, bottomed out at 47.5 early in the week and got back to 49.5 by this afternoon. It's now 49.5 (Under -115), with 70% of tickets/61% of money on the Over.
UPDATE 4 P.M. ET SATURDAY: Circa Sports has the Chiefs -2 in AFC Championship odds, a day ahead of kickoff. This matchup opened a pick 'em and quickly advanced to Kansas City -1.5 Sunday night. The line has been at Chiefs -2 since Monday morning.
Opinion is divided on the spread, with 62% of bets on Buffalo/54% of money on K.C. With a short point spread, the moneyline is divvied up, as well. The Bills are landing 62% of bets, but 79% of cash is on the Chiefs.
Circa opened the total at 49.5, bottomed out at 47.5 Monday/Tuesday and has been at 48.5 since Friday morning. The Over is getting 61% of bets, while 61% of money is on the Under.
UPDATE 12:30 P.M. ET FRIDAY: The Chiefs hit ESPNBET's NFL Conference Championship odds board as 1-point favorites, climbed to -2 and are now -1.5.
Buffalo is grabbing 72% of early spread tickets/74% of early spread dollars. And on the moneyline, 69% of bets are on the Bills, along with 52$ of money.
As ESPNBET's Adrian Horton noted above on Commanders-Eagles, the underdog is an attractive play this week.
"Especially on the AFC side. It's been mostly one-way traffic on the Bills to this point, with the line staying around +2," Horton said.
The total opened at 48.5, spent much of the week at 47.5, then returned to 48.5. Mirroring the NFC final, bettors are on the Over, at 74% of tickets/68% of money.
UPDATE 2 P.M. ET WEDNESDAY: Kansas City hit Borgata Sports' NFL Conference Championship odds board at -1.5, and the line has toggled between -1.5/-2 so far this week.
"It’s been good two-way action, as you would expect," Borgata sportsbook director Tom Gable said. "This will probably end up being a lot like Baltimore-Buffalo last Sunday, where there won’t be a big decision on either side.
"We will see if this is finally the year where the Bills can overcome Patrick Mahomes & Co."
The total opened at 48.5 and is now 47.5 in Borgata's NFL Conference Championship Game odds.
UPDATE 10 P.M. ET SUNDAY: Buffalo (15-4 SU/12-7 ATS) closed as a 1.5-point home underdog to Baltimore tonight. But the Bills made it a 4-0 ATS weekend for divisional pups by edging the Ravens 27-25.
So No. 2 seed Buffalo now travels to No. 1 seed Kansas City (16-2 SU/8-10 ATS) for the AFC Championship Game, in a rematch of a Week 11 showdown. Josh Allen & Co. won that contest 30-21 as 2.5-point home favorites.
The SuperBook opened Bills-Chiefs at K.C. -1.5 in NFL Conference Championship odds. Within a few minutes, the Chiefs moved to -1, then returned to -1.5. The total nudged from 48 to 48.5.

"This game is a total toss-up. I'd have to say we will likely be pulling for Buffalo," SuperBook vice president John Murray said. "We have a better futures position with the Bills, and K.C. in the Super Bowl every year is getting stale.
"I would rather see the Bills. They're a fun team with great fans. A Bills Super Bowl would be really good for handle."
As the point spread/moneyline suggest, Murray and The SuperBook risk room see these teams as equals.
"Bills-Chiefs will be won the same way Ravens-Bills was won. Whoever doesn't make the mistakes will win," Murray said. "Baltimore made too many of them today, and it's why Buffalo moved on. There's very little separating those three teams and three elite quarterbacks."
UPDATE 7:30 P.M. ET SATURDAY: Kansas City had its hands full with Houston through much of today's Divisional Round game. But at timely moments, the Chiefs got big plays – and the Texans took big penalties – to post a 23-14 win.
K.C. fell just short of covering as 9.5-point chalk when it opted to take a safety on its final play from scrimmage, giving Houston 2 points.
Up next for the Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game: Baltimore or Buffalo. The Bills host the Ravens on Sunday night.
So it remains to be seen whether the Chiefs will be favored at home in NFL Conference Championship odds, once those post on Sunday night.
Washington Commanders vs. Philadelphia Eagles Odds

Matchup | Spread | Total | Moneyline |
---|---|---|---|
Eagles vs
Commanders | -6 (-110)
+6 (-110) | o46.5 (-115)
u46.5 (-105) | -245 +200 |
- Opening point spread: Eagles -5.5
- Opening moneyline: Eagles -240/Commanders +200
- Opening total: Over/Under 48 points scored
- Time: 3 p.m. ET Sunday, Jan. 26 (FOX)
UPDATE 2:45 P.M. ET SUNDAY: As kickoff nears, DraftKings Sportsbook has Philly laying 6 points in NFC Championship odds. The Eagles opened -4.5 last Sunday, advanced to -5.5/-6 Monday and stuck at-6 the rest of the week.
Washington is netting 59% of spread bets, while 54% of spread money is on Philadelphia. On the moneyline, it's 60% of bets/57% of money on the underdog Commanders.
DraftKings' Julian Edlow relayed this comment from the trading room: "Best-case scenario: Eagles win, Washington covers, game goes Over."
The total opened at 48.5, spent most of the week at 47.5 and fell to 46.5 today. It's now at 46.5 (Over -115), with 77% of bets on the Over, but 58% of cash on the Under.
UPDATE 1 P.M. ET SUNDAY: Two hours before kickoff, the Eagles are -6 (-115) in BetMGM's NFL Conference Championship Game odds. Philadelphia opened -5 last Sunday, briefly dipped to -4.5, then climbed to -5/-5.5/-6 by Monday night.
That said, underdog Washington is plenty popular.
"We're taking more Commanders money, on both the spread and the moneyline. We need the Eagles for sure," BetMGM trading manager Christian Cipollini said.
The total opened at 48 and spent almost all week at 47.5. This morning, the number dipped to 47, and it's now 46.5 (Over -115). But Cipollini said the Under will still be the need, thanks in large part to parlay/single-game-parlay action.
UPDATE 4 P.M. ET SATURDAY: Circa Sports has a different modus operandi than a lot of the national sportsbooks, welcoming as much sharp money as it can get. So Circa's action tends to differ from the national books.
The Eagles opened -5 and initially fell to -4.5 Sunday, then climbed to -6 by Monday morning in Circa's NFL Conference Championship odds. Philly then spent most of the week at -6 before upping to -6.5 (-115)/6.5 (even) earlier this afternoon.
Within just a few minutes of going to -6.5, the Eagles fell back to -6 (-105), where they remain now. Washington is taking 58% of spread bets, but 63% of spread dollars are on Philadelphia.
Not surprisingly, the underdog Commanders are netting 85% of moneyline bets/60% of moneyline dollars.
Circa opened the total at 48, toggled to 47.5/48.5/47.5 early in the week, then bottomed out this afternoon at 46.5. It's now at 47, with 79% of bets/60% of money on the Over.
UPDATE 12:30 P.M. ET FRIDAY: With two days until kickoff, ESPNBET has Philly as 6-point chalk in NFC Championship odds. That's up a point from Sunday's Eagles -5 opener, but down from the high of -6.5.
However, 70% of early spread bets/57% of early spread dollars are on the Commanders. Further, 59% of moneyline bets are on underdog Washington, although 57% of moneyline cash is on Philadelphia.
"We're still a [couple] days out, but as of now, we're in a rare spot of pulling for both favorites," said Adrian Horton, ESPNBET's director of North American trading. "There's been a pretty consistent split of spread tickets and money favoring Washington and Buffalo throughout most of the week.
"After early money coming in on the Eagles at -5, the public has latched onto Jayden Daniels and the Commanders hype. Around two-thirds of bets and a majority of handle [are] now on Washington between +5.5 and +6.5."
The total opened and is currently at 47.5. No surprise, it's heavy Over action, at 82% of bets/76% of money.
UPDATE 2 P.M. ET WEDNESDAY: Borgata Sports, a BetMGM shop in Atlantic City, just an hour from Philadelphia, opened the Eagles as 5.5-point home favorites. Philly is now up to -6 (-120), so the line is heading toward -6.5 in NFL Conference Championship odds.
"Obviously, the health status of Jalen Hurts hangs over this game," Borgata sportsbook director Tom Gable said, alluding to an injured left knee suffered in the win over Los Angeles on Sunday.
Hurts missed no plays with that injury, but he appeared more limited. Still, he's surely a go this week for the Eagles, in their third game this season against the NFC East rival Commanders.
"Washington’s power rating has been bumped after the last couple of weeks. But this is two division foes competing for the chance to get to the Super Bowl," Gable said. "The NFC East was not the division I would have guessed would have been in this spot prior to the start of the season, but here we are.
"Most of the early money has been on the Eagles. And we of course have liability on them to win the NFC. So we will definitely need the Commanders in this one."
Included among that NFC futures liability is a $50,000 bet on the Eagles +325, made prior to Philly's Wild Card win over the Packers.
The total opened at 48 and is down a tick to 47.5.
UPDATE 9:30 P.M. ET SUNDAY: No. 2 seed Philadelphia (16-3 SU/12-7 ATS) held off a furious late rally earlier tonight against No. 4 Los Angeles. The Eagles claimed a 28-22 victory laying 7 points at home, stopping the Rams in the red zone on the final drive.
Eagles running back Saquon Barkley went wild with 26 carries for 205 yards and two touchdowns.
After the win, Philly quickly went up as 5.5-point home chalk vs. Washington (14-5 SU/12-6-1 ATS) in The SuperBook's NFL Conference Championship odds.

Within minutes, the line dipped to Eagles -5 in the NFC Championship Game.
"I think there will be a lot of public support for Washington, after the win over Detroit. But it's hard to imagine we won't be rooting for the Commanders outright," SuperBook vice president John Murray said, before speaking to early action. "There's really not much so far. We moved down to 5 to get more in line with the market.
"We took a couple bets on Under 48, but nothing to get us to move the number."
Philly and Washington met twice in the regular season, with the home squad going 1-1 SU and ATS. Philly won 26-18 laying 4.5 points in Week 11, and Washington rallied for a 36-33 victory catching 4 points in Week 16.
UPDATE 11:30 P.M. ET SATURDAY: Washington pulled the shocker of the postseason so far. The sixth-seeded Commanders took down No. 1 seed Detroit 45-31 as an 8.5-point road underdog tonight in the Divisional Round.
Jayden Daniels and Washington couldn't be stopped. The rookie QB threw for 299 yards and two touchdowns, with no turnovers. And he was aided greatly by the Commanders' defense forcing five turnovers.
Next up for Washington is an NFC Championship Game date with either the Eagles or the Rams. On Sunday, Philadelphia hosts Los Angeles.
