Week 12 of the NFL season continues with a meaningful matchup in the NFC South between the New Orleans Saints and Atlanta Falcons. The betting odds see Atlanta as a short home favorite despite posting losses in four of their last five games. Coverage begins from Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta on Sunday, November 26 at 1:00 p.m. ET on FOX.

New Orleans Saints vs Atlanta Falcons Odds

• Opening point spread: Pick
• Opening moneyline: Falcons -110/Saints -110
• Opening total: Over/Under 40 points scored
• Time: 1 p.m. ET Sunday (FOX)

UPDATE 10:30 A.M. ET SUNDAY: Caesars opened at Falcons -1 and flipped to Saints -1 midweek and is now at Saints -1.5. New Orleans is landing 69% of spread bets/59% of spread dollars.

The total opened at 41.5, went to 42 Monday, back to 41.5 Thursday, then up to 42.5 Saturday. It's now at 42. Current Caesars splits aren't available.

UPDATE 6 P.M. ET FRIDAY: This line has jumped the fence twice this week in BetMGM's NFL odds Week 12 market. New Orleans opened -1, the number flipped to Atlanta -1 Thursday morning, then went to Saints -1.5 Thursday afternoon.

It's two-way spread play, with 53% of bets on the Falcons/53% of money on the Saints.

The total opened at 41.5, peaked at 42.5 Monday and Wednesday, and it's now at 41.5 again. The Under is taking 58% of bets/55% of cash.

UPDATE 10 P.M. ET SUNDAY: Would anyone like to win the NFC South? To this point, it's hard to tell. And for bettors, this matchup "features" two of the worst spread-covering teams in the NFL. At 2-8 ATS, Atlanta is tied with New England at the bottom of the 32-team league, while New Orleans is No. 30 at 2-7-1 ATS.

New Orleans (5-5 SU) is coming off its bye week. In Week 10 at Minnesota, the Saints rallied from a 27-3 third-quarter deficit, but fell short 27-19 as 3-point road favorites.

Atlanta (4-6 SU) is also fresh off the bye. The Falcons were 2.5-point favorites at Arizona in Week 10 and lost 25-23 on a final-seconds field goal.

The Saints-Falcons total was on the move early in The SuperBook's NFL odds Week 12 market, rising from 40 to 41, then to 41.5.
