Week 15 of the NFL season concludes with Monday Night Football between the Philadelphia Eagles and Seattle Seahawks. The betting odds see Philly as a 3.5-point road favorite as they try to bounce back from two straight losses. Coverage begins from Lumen Field in Seattle on Monday, December 18 at 8:15 p.m. ET on ABC.

Philadelphia Eagles vs Seattle Seahawks Odds

• Opening point spread: Eagles -5.5
• Opening moneyline: Eagles -185/Seahawks +155
• Opening total: Over/Under 47 points scored
• Time: 8:15 p.m. ET Monday (ABC/ESPN)

UPDATE 5 P.M ET WEDNESDAY: The Eagles are up to -4 from a -3.5 opener at TwinSpires. Philly is landing 57% of early spread tickets/68% of early spread money.

"It's a mix of sharp and public play on the Eagles -3.5," Lucas said.

The total crept from 47.5 to 48, then this afternoon returned to 47.5. The Over is netting 58% of tickets/64% of money.

UPDATE 11 P.M. ET SUNDAY: Philadelphia (10-3 SU/7-4-2 ATS) is likely glad to have a very difficult scheduling stretch behind it. The Eagles' last five games: vs. Dallas, at Kansas City, vs. Buffalo, vs. San Fran, at Dallas.

Philly dropped the last two games in that sequence. In the Week 14 Sunday nighter, the Eagles lost 33-13 catching 3.5 points at Dallas.

Seattle's season is slowly slipping away, thanks to a current 0-4 SU skid – although the Seahawks are 3-1 ATS in that stretch. In Week 14, Seattle (6-7 SU/6-6-1 ATS) lost at San Francisco 28-16 getting 14.5 points.

The Seahawks didn't have QB Geno Smith (groin).

"Drew Lock looked OK today, but it's still not the same as with Geno Smith," Michaelson said. "That being said, Philly will finally have a respite from the gauntlet of Super Bowl contenders it's played in the last month. We expect the public to be firmly on the Eagles' side."

Eagles-Seahawks was stable at -5.5, as was the total at 47, before The SuperBook took the game off the board once Eagles-Cowboys kicked off. Eagles-Seahawks will go back up Monday morning.

Eagles vs Seahawks Pick, Prediction

Action Network NFL betting expert Brandon Anderson offers this prediction:

Philadelphia's losses the past two weeks weren't pretty, but also came against arguably the two best teams in the league, and Seattle is no San Francisco or Dallas. The Seahawks rank just 24th in DVOA over the past five weeks, with both the offense and defense ranked at least that low.

Seattle has fallen off much further than Philadelphia, and its defense is especially troubling and has been even worse at home this season. Seattle's offensive line could also be in trouble if the Eagles pass rush has any gas left, and Seattle's struggles on late downs and in the red zone also look like big red flags against an Eagles team that specializes in those areas. Philadelphia has also run well to the left side, where Seattle's run defense has been particularly porous.

This late in the season, great teams tend to bounce back after big losses. From Week 10 to 15, teams with at least a 60% win rate coming off a 20+ point loss are an incredible 40-8 ATS over the past couple of decades, covering an awesome 83% of the time. Trust the Eagles to bounce back in a big spot against an opponent that just isn't healthy right now.
