  • Opening point spread: Steelers -3 (even)
  • Opening moneyline: Steelers -150/Titans +130
  • Opening total: Over/Under 36 points scored
  • Time: 8:15 p.m. ET Thursday (Prime)

UPDATE 2 P.M. ET WEDNESDAY: TwinSpires hasn't moved off Steelers -2.5 so far this week, with spread bettors leaning toward the road pup Thursday night. The Titans are taking 62% of early spread tickets/65% of early spread money.

"The public is hopping on the Will Levis train," TwinSpires director of retail sports Zachary Lucas said, alluding to Tennessee's rookie QB. "Despite being winless on the road, a bulk of bets are on the road 'dog."

The total is up a notch from 36 to 36.5, with 54% of tickets on the Under/59% of money on the Over.

UPDATE 11 P.M. ET SUNDAY: Pittsburgh's 4-1 SU and ATS surge ended in Week 8 against Jacksonville. The Steelers (4-3 SU and ATS) mustered just a second-quarter field goal and third-quarter touchdown in a 20-10 loss catching 2.5 points at home.

Pittsburgh QB Kenny Pickett suffered a rib injury late in the first half and missed the rest of the game. His Week 9 status is uncertain.

Tennessee (3-4 SU/4-3 ATS) held off an Atlanta rally for a 28-23 win as a 2.5-point home underdog.

"The QB situation in this game flipped, with Kenny Pickett getting injured today and Will Levis looking really good for Tennessee," SuperBook risk supervisor Chase Michaelson said. "We opened Steelers -4 on [last week's] lookahead, so the QB uncertainty definitely is a factor here."

Indeed, after re-opening Steelers -3 (even) tonight, the first move was down to Steelers -2.5 (-120) in The SuperBook's NFL odds Week 9 market.
