Denver Broncos vs. Las Vegas Raiders Predictions
The Broncos are looking to bounce back after a 15-10 setback at home against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 15. To make matters worse, QB Teddy Bridgewater was knocked out of the game due to a concussion. He was taken off on a stretcher and briefly hospitalized, and he remains in concussion protocol. QB Drew Lock is expected to start in his absence. The good news is that the Broncos have mostly avoided the COVID outbreak in the NFL, with only C Lloyd Cushenberry III on the reserve/COVID list.
The Raiders are also in good shape with just four players on the reserve/COVID list, with OG Jermaine Eluemunor and S Roderic Teamer landing on the list Wednesday. CB Brandon Facyson was placed on the list Tuesday, with CB Nate Hobbs still on the list since Monday.
Denver hits The Strip looking to take down Las Vegas in what is essentially an elimination game in the AFC West, and AFC playoff picture. The Broncos are also seeking revenge after losing at home 34-24 back in Week 6 in interim head coach Rich Bisaccia's first game at the helm.

Denver Broncos Betting Analysis
Straight Up - SU, Against the Spread - ATS, Over-Under (O/U)
- SU: 7-7
- ATS: 7-7
- O/U: 3-11
- ATS - Away: 3-3
The Broncos have alternated straight-up wins and losses in the past six outings. They've also alternated non-covers and covers along with those SU wins and losses. They're coming off a 15-10 loss and non-cover against the Bengals. The team's last victory on the road was Nov. 7 in Dallas, a shocking game which saw them take a 30-0 lead, before settling for a 30-16 victory in Week 9 as 10.5-point underdogs.
The Broncos have cashed in just one of the past seven games against AFC opponents, while going 1-4 ATS in the past five games in the month of December, while going 8-17 ATS in the past 25 games inside the division.
The UNDER is 7-1 in the past eight games overall, while the UNDER is 6-1 in the past seven games on the road. The UNDER is also 18-7-1 in the past 26 games inside the division, while going 25-12 across the past 37 games in the month of December.
Las Vegas Raiders Betting Analysis
Straight Up - SU, Against the Spread - ATS, Over-Under (O/U)
- SU: 7-7
- ATS: 5-9
- O/U: 7-7
- ATS - Home: 2-5
The Raiders picked up a much-needed 16-14 victory on the road against the Cleveland Browns, and they did a good job after their game was rescheduled from Saturday to Monday due to COVID issues within the Browns. Even though they picked up the win, the Silver and Black have failed to earn a cover in three straight, and six of the past seven outings overall. In fact, after going 2-0 SU/ATS to start the season, the Raiders have covered just three times in the past 12 outings.
The Raiders have also covered just one of the past six games inside the division, while going 1-6 ATS in the past seven games in the month of December. They're also just 1-4 ATS in the past five after a straight-up win, and 1-4 ATS in the past five following a non-cover, too.
As far as totals are concerned, the OVER has cashed in six of the past seven games inside the division, while going 11-4 in the past 15 games against AFC teams. The OVER is also 8-3 in the past 11 games at home.
The Raiders have cashed in seven of the past eight meetings in this series, while going 5-0 ATS in the past in the past five games in Oakland/Las Vegas. Overall, the home team has cashed in eight of the previous 11 meetings in this series. The UNDER is also 4-0 in the past four battles in Oakland/Las Vegas, with the UNDER 8-2 in the past 10 meetings overall in the series.

Denver Broncos vs. Las Vegas Raiders Betting Conclusion
The Raiders have just seemed to have the number of the Broncos over the years. Vegas had the ugly incident with head coach Jon Gruden in mid-October, eventually seeing the legendary coach resign his position. Bisaccia stepped in, there were a ton of distractions, and the Raiders were still able to boat-race the Broncos, scoring what was, at the time, a season-high 34 points. That's legendary choking by the Broncos.
The Broncos now have to play a must-win game in Vegas with backup Lock, who is no lock to have a roster spot with the team heading into 2022. This won't end well for the Broncos, who are just 1-5 SU in the past six meetings with the Raiders, while Vegas is 7-1 ATS in the past eight meetings in this series. The UNDER is 8-2 in the past 10 meetings, too. The Raiders have managed 16 or fewer points in six of the past seven games. We'll see another UNDER result here, although I expect the Raiders to see a few more points on the scoreboard.
