Super Bowl 56 Player & Team Prop Picks, Predictions
SUPER BOWL 56 PROP PREDICTIONS
Super Bowl 56 is set for Sunday, February 13 with the Cincinnati Bengals taking on the Los Angeles Rams from SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. As always with the Super Bowl, prop bets are a very popular wagering market for bettors. Let's check out the best prop bets to consider taking for the NFL finale!
SUPER BOWL 56 PLAYER PROP PREDICTIONS
JOE MIXON (CIN-RB) - OVER 25.5 RECEIVING YARDS (-110)
After serving as a relatively insignificant factor in Cincinnati’s passing game for most of the season, Bengals’ running-back Joe Mixon has come to life and played a crucial role as a safety valve since Week 16, highlighted by the fifth-year Oklahoma product averaging 43.2 YPG on 5.8 REC across his last five outings.
I’ll take Mixon’s receiving yards over, as Mixon has hauled in 3+ passes for 27+ receiving yards in five straight games, which includes performances of 6+ catches and 40+ yards in tough matchups against the Titans, Chiefs, and Ravens – and he’ll likely assume a similar role against the Rams in Super Bowl 56.
TEE HIGGINS (CIN-WR) - OVER 5.5 RECEPTIONS (-110)
After playing second-fiddle to rookie phenom Ja’Marr Chase for most of the season, Bengals’ WR Tee Higgins cranked things up a notch and went stride-for-stride with Chase down the homestretch, considering Higgins is averaging 93 YPG on 5.8 REC across Cincinnati’s last five outings.
I’ll back Higgins to catch at least six passes, as Higgins hauled in 13 receptions for 199 YDS across Cincinnati’s playoff victories over the Titans and Chiefs in the previous two rounds – and he’ll likely see a similar volume, if not larger, with All-Pro CB Jalen Ramsey expected to shadow Chase for most of this matchup.
JOE BURROW (CIN-QB) - OVER 0.5 INTERCEPTIONS (-120)
Bengals’ QB Joe Burrow has undeniably surpassed expectations through this stage of his career, and is well-deserving of all the lofty praise he receives – but he’s still young, and still makes mistakes, highlighted by Burrow throwing an interception in each of Cincinnati’s last two playoff victories over the Titans and Chiefs.
I’ll back Burrow to throw another pick here, as the Rams’ defense has forced a turnover in ten straight games, while forcing two turnovers in six of those contests – and there’s a good chance L. A.’s fearsome pass rush will force Burrow into making another mistake in Super Bowl 56.

SUPER BOWL 56 TEAM PROP PREDICTIONS
CINCINNATI BENGALS - OVER 21.5 POINTS (-115)
Despite ranking seventh in the league in scoring at 27.1 PPG during the regular season, the Bengals offense enters Super Bowl 56 riding a slightly rocky stretch, considering Cincinnati has averaged just 22 PPG on 298.5 YPG across their latest four-game window.
I’ll back Cincinnati to have a solid day in the scoring department, as despite their recent shortcomings, the Bengals have still scored 22+ PTS in 14 of their last 18 matchups (27.1 PPG) – recently highlighted by a pair of solid postseason performances against the Chiefs and Raiders (26.5 PPG).
L. A. RAMS TO WIN BY 7-12 POINTS (+360)
Personally, I think the Bengals will score around 20-24 PTS in Super Bowl 56, which should keep things competitive – but exactly how competitive? The Rams have scored 28+ PTS in six-of-ten matchups since their Week 11 bye (27.3 PPG), which includes 30-point performances against the Cardinals and Buccaneers to open the postseason.
I’ll back L. A. to win Super Bowl 56 by 7-12 PTS, as the Rams ranked seventh in the league in scoring during the regular season at 27.1 PPG, and have now scored 30+ PTS in two-of-three playoff matchups (28 PPG). So, there’s a good chance ‘Rams by 1-6 PTS’ bettors get edged by a slightly wider margin at +360 odds – looking at a final score of roughly 30-23.
SUPER BOWL 56 ANYTIME TOUCHDOWN SCORER PREDICTIONS
TYLER BOYD - CIN-WR (+275)
After catching just two touchdown passes through Week 14, Bengals’ WR Tyler Boyd started finding the endzone like clockwork down the homestretch, as Boyd caught a touchdown pass in three straight games to close out the regular season – and then kept that same ball rolling with another TD in Cincinnati’s victory over the Raiders on Wild Card Weekend.
I’ll back Boyd to catch a touchdown, as despite corralling no touchdown passes in Cincy’s latest two outings against Tennessee and Kansas City, Boyd will likely draw some favorable red-zone matchups in the Super Bowl with Chase and Higgins primarily absorbing the attention of the Rams’ secondary.
ODELL BECKHAM JR. - LAR-WR (+130)
After failing to reach the endzone in all six outings with the Browns to start the year, Odell Beckham Jr. immediately became a primary focal point within the Rams’ passing game following his arrival in L. A., as the three-time Pro Bowler hauled in a touchdown pass in five-of-seven contests to close out the regular season – and has sustained that momentum with 19 REC for 236 YDS and a TD across his three playoff outings. I’ll back Beckham to score a touchdown in Super Bowl 56, as despite failing to reach the endzone in the L. A.’s previous two victories, I think OBJ will slip through the cracks for a score here, considering he’s still secured a TD in six of his last ten outings – and the Bengals’ defense will likely be preoccupied with Cooper Kupp in the red-zone, who’s hauled in ten TD’s across L. A.’s last nine games.
SUPER BOWL 56 FIRST TOUCHDOWN SCORER PREDICTIONS
CAM AKERS - LAR-RB (+750)
After missing the entire regular season with a torn Achilles, Rams’ running-back Cam Akers surprisingly returned in full-capacity ahead of L. A.’s playoff run, and has made an immediate impact, as the second-year Florida State product carried the ball 54 times and hauled in five receptions for 213 total yards across his team’s first three postseason outings.
I’ll take a flyer on Akers to punch in the first TD of Super Bowl 56, as despite scoring zero touchdowns across his first four outings, if the Rams march down the field on one of their opening few possessions – we’ll probably see Sean McVay reward his resilient, young RB with a handful of early goal-line touches.
