UPDATE 2:30 P.M. ET SATURDAY: Thirty minutes before game time, Real Madrid has shortened to -135 chalk in BetMGM's three-way market – 90 minutes plus injury time – on Champions League Final odds. Dortmund is a +350 underdog, with Draw priced at +290.

On Friday afternoon, the odds were at Real Madrid -160/Dortmund +400/Draw +310. Three weeks ago, BetMGM opened at Real Madrid -170/Dortmund +400/Draw +320.

Contrary to the price shortening, Real Madrid is taking 55% of tickets and 72% of money in straight bets via digital wagering (mobile/online). Dortmund is seeing 36% of tickets/21% of money, while 9% of tickets/7% of dollars are on Draw.

Furthermore, parlay play is heavy on the favorite in the Dortmund vs Real Madrid odds market.

"Madrid is in everyone's parlay. It's one-way traffic on Madrid," BetMGM trading manager Seamus Magee said, noting it's all public play on this match at the moment. "Nothing particularly sharp. You won't often see a ton of sharp action until lineup rumors [get out]."

Magee, a soccer aficionado, doesn't anticipate an upset Saturday in London.

"It would certainly be shocking if Real Madrid does not lift the cup," Magee said, while noting Madrid has traveled the tougher road. "While Dortmund was able to take down Kylian Mbappe and Paris Saint-Germain, they only had to go through Atletico and PSV. Meanwhile, Real Madrid had to go through Bayern and Manchester City.

"I think Real Madrid is better in just about every single position and have too much class for Dortmund to handle. Dortmund is going to need a very special performance to lift the trophy. It would be one of the biggest Champions League Final upsets I can remember."

On the total of 2.5 goals, Under is -145 and Over is +105 in the Champions League Final odds market. In online/mobile betting at BetMGM, the Under is getting more tickets. But the Over will almost certainly see more money, and perhaps more tickets, by game time.

"Unders are always great for us in these games. Goals ruin games, as they say on this side of the counter," Magee said.

In prop markets, Real Madrid's Vinicius is a popular play.

"It's Vinicius Junior all over the place for goal-scorer markets," Magee said, pointing primarily to the markets of first goal and anytime goal, in which Junior is +360 and +110, respectively. "Rodrygo is also seeing some good action. Both teams to score is also popular."

Both teams to score is currently at Yes -140/No even money.
