Arsenal vs Crystal Palace Preview

For Arsenal, this is quite simply a must-win encounter. Fail to grab three points, and their title charge, which is already a long shot, will be over. Palace, on the other hand, only have a small chance of European qualification, seemingly destined for mid-table obscurity instead.

The Gunners haven't lost in the Premier League since February 22nd, but too many draws have been damaging to their title push. Palace, on the other hand, haven't won any of their last three, and now don't look likely to secure a European place. Last time out, Arsenal thrashed Palace 5-1 at Selhurst Park.

Arsenal still have several absentees due to injury, with Gabriel Jesus, Jorginho, Kai Havertz, Takehiro Tomiyasu, and Gabriel all sidelined. Crystal Palace will be without Chris Richards, after he was dismissed against Bournemouth, plus Chadi Riad and Cheick Doucoure are still out injured.

Prediction

The bookies have Arsenal as heavy favourites for a reason. It would be incredibly surprising if they don't take the three points. The question is, how many goals will they win by?
