Use A Risk-FREE Wager From BetMGM For The Last Game On The MLB Board
What’s Going On?
Thursday night’s MLB finale finds the Nationals traveling to San Diego. It’s the last game on the board and the perfect spot to use the VIBONUS code from BetMGM to get a Risk-FREE play.
Figure out how much you’re playing, you can go up to $1,000, open a new BetMGM account with the promo code, and let it ride. Your first wager is covered up to a rack. How sweet is that?
Why Should You Care?
Cashing tickets takes some effort. You have to pay attention, whether before the game starts or in live action. These two just played, giving us a recent glimpse of what may be to come. Plus, it’s the same pitchers for both teams from last week. This is the only late game and at 9:40 pm ET you won’t see the first pitch until all the other games are past that 1st 5 innings wager payout point.
That’ll help for the Risk-FREE play whether it’s the home team Padres at -365 or Washington at +305. Those are some crazy numbers, but the run line is +145 for the visitors and -165 for San Diego giving 1 ½ run. The total is 7 ½ and -115 for the over and -105 with the under.
How Long Ago Does That Nationals World Series Title Seem Like?
The Nationals won it all in 2019. Last year they lost 97 and they’re on track this year to make that look good. They lost two of three last week when these two played and were outscored 19-9. The Nats are 3-7 in their last ten and allowed 4+ runs in 8 of those.
They’re going with Anibal Sanchez who is 0-5 with an ERA of 7.20 and a 1.60 WHIP. His last start was against these Padres in DC, and he went five innings giving up six hits, three walks, 3 earned runs, a couple of homers, and was given a No Decision in their 4-3 win. In August he’s had three starts throwing 14.1 innings, although he never went past the fifth in any of them. He allowed 18 hits, 8 bases on balls, 11 earned runs, and gave up five dingers.
Can The Padres Make It Back To The Playoffs Without Their Young Star?
San Diego pulled off a trade deadline masterpiece and everyone in America’s Finest City was awaiting the return of Fernando Tatís Jr., but that won’t be happening. How are the players reacting? They started August on a five-game winning streak then lost five in a row and are 9-8 in the month. In the last eight games, they’ve scored 52 runs including putting up double digits in three of them and 6 or more in five of the eight. They’re also coming home where they are 8-3 over the last 11.
Yu Darvish is on the mound with a 10-6 record, an ERA of 3.40, and a WHIP of 1.01. When these two pitchers faced each other last week he went five innings giving up seven hits, a walk, four earned runs, and two homers. He’s lost three of his last four starts and his three starts in August lasted 18 innings with 20 hits, 3 walks, 9 earned runs, and five home runs. Darvish will throw 100 pitches and go at least six every game.
You Couldn’t Have A Better Game To Use That Risk-FREE BetMGM Wager!
Open a new BetMGM account using the VIBONUS code, and your first wager is Risk-FREE up to $1,000. The over would seem like the play if you’re just looking at the starts ERAs. These pitchers will allow runs, but can Washington score enough for the over? It was 4-3 with these lineup cards the last time they matched up. It doesn’t look like the visitors can win this one, even though their odds are like hitting a parlay. Laying three to get one on the favorite is a hard way to win at sports betting so lay the runs on the Padres at the -165 and let’s hope sleeping at home makes a difference.
