UPDATE 7:45 P.M. ET MONDAY: Thirty minutes before kickoff, the Bills are laying 1.5 in DraftKings Sportsbook's Week 6 NFL odds. Buffalo opened -2 on Oct. 6 and got to -3 for about three hours last Monday, then went to -2.5.

The line spent much of the rest of the week toggling between Bills -2.5/-2. On Sunday night, it fell to Buffalo -1.5/-1, and it's been stable at -1.5 the past couple hours.

The Bills are attracting 77% of spread bets/69% of spread money. But DraftKings will need the Jets to do more than cover, likely due to plenty of moneyline parlay liability from Sunday running to the Bills tonight.

In an X post earlier this evening, DraftKings Network's Julian Edlow noted this comment from behind the counter: "A Jets win would go a long way for our book tonight."

The total is at 42, after opening at 42.5 and bottoming out Friday/Sunday at 40.5. The Over is taking 68% of bets/60% of money.

UPDATE 3:30 P.M. ET MONDAY: A few hours before kickoff, the Bills are down to 1-point favorites in TwinSpires Sportsbook's NFL odds Week 6. That's down from a Buffalo -2.5 opener and some time spent at -2, as well.

The Bills are taking 66% of spread tickets/60% of spread money.

"Sharp play on the Jets. The public loves Buffalo. There's a lot of parlay liability left over [from the weekend] on the Bills," TwinSpires director of retail sports Zachary Lucas said.

And much of that parlay liability finishes with Bills moneyline tonight. So even if Buffalo doesn't cover, bettors stand to do quite well.

"A Bills victory would result in the worst week of NFL I've ever seen here," Lucas said.

The total is down to 41 from a 42 opener, with 53% of tickets/59% of money on the Under.

UPDATE 4 P.M. ET FRIDAY: Fanatics Sportsbook has the Bills at -2.5, down a notch from the -3 opener.

"After firing a coach, teams end up getting a little newfound spirt. So it would make sense that the public would favor the Jets, especially at home and needing to end this losing streak," Fanatics trader Ethan Useloff said. "I wouldn't be surprised if this line moves to 2."

The total nudged from 41.5 to 41, but Useloff said there's not significant action at the moment.

UPDATE 1:30 P.M. ET TUESDAY: The Jets fired coach Robert Saleh this morning. But oddsmakers responded with somewhat of a collective yawn.

Buffalo opened -2 Sunday night at DraftKings Sportsbook, and the line quickly went to -2.5 on the way to -3 Monday morning. But by Monday afternoon, the Bills were back to -2.5.

And in the wake of the Saleh firing, the spread didn't move at all. That said, early point-spread play is all Buffalo, at 79% of bets/80% of money.

DraftKings opened the total at 42.5 and went to 42 Sunday evening, then fell to 41.5/41 Monday. But there's been no further movement today. The Over is seeing 65% of early bets, while 60% of money is on the Under.

UPDATE 10 P.M. ET SUNDAY: Buffalo (3-2 SU/2-3 ATS) opened the season with three consecutive wins, but dropped its next two games. In Week 5, the Bills were 1.5-point 'dogs at Houston and lost 23-20 on a final-seconds field goal.

Buffalo QB Josh Allen was sent for a concussion check during the game, but was allowed back in. It appears he'll play in Week 6.

New York (2-3 SU and ATS) is also on a two-game skid, and Aaron Rodgers is struggling. The Jets were 2.5-point underdogs vs. Minnesota in London, and Rodgers threw three INTs in a 23-17 loss.

Bills-Jets opened and remains Buffalo -2.5 tonight in The SuperBook's NFL Week 6 odds. The total dipped from 42.5 to 41.5.

"Of course, if there's a sniff of Josh Allen having any concussion issues, we'll re-evaluate," SuperBook risk supervisor Chase Michaelson said. "But the Jets just looked awful again and they'll be flying trans-Atlantic.

"The Bills are coming off two road losses. Surely they can't lose another, right?"

UPDATE 7:30 P.M. ET SUNDAY: Cincy opened -4.5 (-105) and fell back to -3.5 quickly last Sunday night at BetMGM. The line went to Bengals -4 briefly Friday before returning to -3.5.

But in just the past few minutes, the line climbed to Cincinnati -4 (-115). In digital betting (mobile/online) at BetMGM, spread tickets are running 3/1 and spread money 5/1 on the Bengals.

On the moneyline, New York is seeing 53% of bets, but 76% of cash is on Cincinnati.

"It's absolute one-way traffic for the Bengals, on everything," BetMGM senior trader Tristan Davis said.

The total opened at 47.5, went to 48.5 last Sunday, but then slowly made its way down to 45 by this afternoon. It's now 45.5, and contrary to the movement, Davis said BetMGM needs the Under.

UPDATE 4 P.M. ET FRIDAY: Cincy went from -3.5 to -4 and back to -3.5 this week on Fanatics Sportsbook's NFL Week 6 odds board.

"We've taken a significant amount more on the Bengals at 3.5, 80% in both money and tickets," Fanatics pro football trader Ethan Useloff said.

The total climbed from 48 to 49.5, but has since fallen to 47.

"The total was bet down a good deal. Now, there's more Over play, but it's very insignificant and very recreational," Useloff said.

UPDATE 10 P.M. ET SUNDAY: Cincinnati (1-4 SU/2-3 ATS) is known for digging out of early-season holes, but certainly can't afford to get much deeper. In Week 5, matched the Ravens point for point, with the game going to overtime tied at 38.

Then the Bengals recovered a fumble at the Ravens' 47 on the opening possession of the extra frame. So all Cincy needed was a field goal to win it. But Evan McPherson missed a 53-yard attempt. The Bengals subsequently gave up a Ravens field goal to lose 41-38 as 2.5-point home underdogs.

New York (2-3 SU/3-2 ATS) notched a Week 5 road upset. The Giants went to Seattle as 7-point pups and exited with a 29-20 victory.

The Bengals-Giants spread is stable at -3.5, but The SuperBook moved the total from 47.5 to 48/48.5 in its NFL odds Week 6 market.

"How about those Giants? Left for dead after Week 1, they've been really competitive and had a great win in Seattle," SuperBook risk supervisor Chase Michaelson said. "This is a must-must-must win for Cincy. I'm sure it will be bet that way."

"We'll want the Cowboys. Most of the money is on the Lions," BetMGM trader Christian Cipollini said.

The total opened at 52.5, dipped to 51.5 Wednesday, returned to 52.5 Thursday and is up to 53 this afternoon. The Over is seeing 62% of tickets/60% of money.

UPDATE 4 P.M. ET FRIDAY: Fanatics Sportsbook's NFL odds Week 6 market opened Detroit -3, peaked at -4, spent time at -3.5 and is now -3 (-115).

"At 3, we're seeing a ton more Detroit action than Dallas, to the tune of 91% of money and 73% of tickets," Fanatics pro football trader Ethan Useloff said.

The total opened at 52, spent time at 51.5 and 52.5 and it's now 52 again.

UPDATE 12:30 A.M. ET MONDAY: Detroit (3-1 SU and ATS) is coming off its bye week. The Lions won a Week 4 Monday night shootout vs. Seattle, 42-29 laying 4.5 points at home.

Dallas (3-2 SU/2-3 ATS) had its Week 5 Sunday night game at Pittsburgh delayed by weather. The Cowboys ultimately won 20-17 as 2.5-point underdogs, scoring a touchdown with 20 seconds remaining.

The SuperBook opened the Lions -3 vs. the Cowboys, but that game came off the board once Cowboys-Steelers kicked off. Lions-Cowboys will go back up Monday morning.

"Detroit has just looked so much better than Dallas this season," SuperBook risk supervisor Chase Michaelson said early Sunday evening. "If Dallas loses to Pittsburgh, I'm sure it will stay at Lions -3."

UPDATE 4 P.M. ET SUNDAY: Atlanta opened -4.5 and surged to -5/5.5 last Sunday night, then went to -6/-6.5 Monday at The SuperBook. By Monday night, the Falcons returned to -6, and they spent the rest of the week there.

"There are so many tickets on Atlanta. We'll need Carolina," SuperBook executive director John Murray said. "The Falcons are a very public side. The whole world is on the Falcons."

Murray also noted the Under will be a modest need in this matchup. The total sprinted from 45.5 to 48 last Sunday night, then slowly made its way down to 46 throughout the week.

UPDATE 3 P.M. ET FRIDAY: ESPNBET tabbed the Falcons 4.5-point favorites to open, and the line is now up to -6. The Falcons are getting 80% of early spread tickets/61% of early spread money.

The total dipped from 47.5 to 46.5, with 61% of tickets on the Over/70% of money on the Under.

UPDATE 10 P.M. ET SUNDAY: Atlanta (3-2 SU/2-3 ATS) climbed above .500 for the first time this season. The Falcons beat Tampa Bay 36-30 giving 2.5 points at home in a Week 5 Thursday night shootout.

Atlanta got a 52-yard field goal as time expired to tie Tampa at 30 in the. Then Kirk Cousins hit Khadarel Hodge on a 45-yard TD pass on the first possession of overtime, giving Atlanta the win.

Carolina (1-4 SU and ATS) is back in a familiar spot, tied for the worst record in the league. In Week 5, the Panthers got punished at Chicago 36-10 catching 4 points.

The SuperBook opened Atlanta -4.5 and sped to -5/-5.5 tonight. The total is on the move, too, jumping from 45.5 to 48.5, with stops at 46.5/47.5/48 along the way.

UPDATE 3:45 P.M. ET SUNDAY: Pittsburgh has been at various iterations of -3 all week in The SuperBook's Week 6 NFL odds. The Steelers are currently -3 (-120).

"That looks like our biggest decision of the late games. A lot of tickets and a lot money on the Steelers," SuperBook executive director John Murray said. "There's not much faith here in the Raiders' quarterback change."

The total is down to 36.5 from a 39 opener, but Murray said it's not a significant decision.

UPDATE 3 P.M. ET FRIDAY: The Steelers hit ESPNBET's NFL odds Week 6 board at -2.5 and are now -3 (-105). It's all Pittsburgh in early spread ticket count, at 85%, and 66% of early spread money is on the Steelers.

The total opened at 36.5 and is currently 36.5 (Over -115), the second-lowest total on the board, behind only Chargers-Broncos 35.5. The Under is drawing 69% of tickets, while 65% of cash is on the Over.

UPDATE 11 P.M. ET SUNDAY: Pittsburgh (3-2 SU and ATS) had its Week 5 Sunday night game vs. Dallas delayed by weather. It ended well after midnight, and the Steelers fell short 20-17 as 2.5-point home favorites, giving up a touchdown with 20 seconds left.

Meanwhile, Las Vegas (2-3 SU and ATS) could see a change at starting QB in Week 6. Gardner Minshew threw two interceptions Sunday, including a 100-yard pick-six, and the Raiders lost at Denver 34-18 catching 3 points.

Aidan O'Connell relieved Minshew late in the third quarter with the Raiders down 20-10, after leading 10-0.

Steelers-Raiders opened at Pittsburgh -3 at The SuperBook. But the game came off the board tonight once Cowboys-Steelers kicked off. Steelers-Raiders will go back up Monday morning.

UPDATE 3:45 P.M. ET SUNDAY: Los Angeles is -3 (-105) at BetMGM, after the line opened -2 and toggled between -2.5/-3 during the week. In digital betting (mobile/online), Denver is taking 62% of spread tickets/55% of spread money.

"We'll be OK with either outcome. There's a bit more Broncos money, but nothing crazy," BetMGM trader Christian Cipollini said.

The total opened at 36.5, fell to 35 (Over -120) Monday, then climbed to 36/37 today. It's two-way play, with 56% of tickets/58% of money on the Over.

UPDATE 4:30 P.M. ET WEDNESDAY: The Chargers climbed from -2 to -2.5 and -3 by midweek in TwinSpires Sportsbooks' NFL odds for Week 6. Denver is seeing 55% of early spread bets, while 63% of early spread money is on Los Angeles.

"Sharp play on L.A. -2 at the opener and on -2.5," TwinSpires director of retail sports Zachary Lucas said.

The total dipped from 36.5 to 35.5, with 57% of bets/54% of money on the Under.

UPDATE 10 P.M. ET SUNDAY: Denver (3-2 SU/4-1 ATS) had a season win total of 5.5. Thanks to a stout defense, it looks as if the Broncos will get there.

In Week 5 vs. Las Vegas, the Broncos were a few yards from going into a 17-3 second-quarter hole. But Pat Surtain instead got a 100-yard pick-six TD, tying the game at 10. From there, Denver went on to a 34-18 win as 3-point chalk.

Los Angeles (2-2 SU/2-1-1 ATS) won and cashed in its first two games under new coach Jim Harbaugh, then lost its next two while going 0-1-1 ATS. So perhaps Week 5 was a good time for a bye.

In Week 4, the Chargers got out to a 10-0 first-quarter lead against Kansas City. But L.A. failed to put another point on the board and lost 17-10, pushing as a 7-point home 'dog.

The SuperBook opened Chargers-Broncos at L.A. -2, with a total of 37. There's no movement tonight in the NFL odds Week 6 market.

UPDATE 10:45 A.M. ET SUNDAY: Baltimore hit BetMGM's NFL odds Week 6 market as a 6.5-point home favorite. The Ravens are now -6.5 (-105).

"Commanders-Ravens is the interesting one," BetMGM trader Christian Cipollini said of today's games. "This is a rare time where we will be rooting for the favorite."

In digital action (mobile/online) at BetMGM, it's two-way play on the spread. But on the moneyline, it's all Commanders, at 86% of tickets/80% of money.

Cipollini said a Ravens win and cover is the most ideal outcome, though "it wouldn't be the worst if the Commanders cover. But we definitely don't want the Commanders to win."

The total opened at 51.5, peaked at 52.5 early in the week and is back at 51.5 this morning. The Under is getting 63% of tickets/79% of cash.

UPDATE 3:30 P.M. ET FRIDAY: Fanatics Sportsbook's NFL Week 6 odds board has been fairly stable at Ravens -6.5 all week. Baltimore is currently -6.5 (-115). The Commanders are netting 61% of spread tickets, while 58% of spread money is on the Ravens.

"It's very much two-way play on Ravens -6.5/Commanders +6.5, which is why it hasn't moved much all week," Fanatics pro football trader Ethan Useloff said.

Fanatics Sportsbook senior editor Max Meyer added that, in terms of total number of tickets, Washington is certainly the popular side.

"The Commanders have become a public darling, especially here as an underdog," Meyer said. "They’ve received the fourth-most spread tickets of any team this week. They’ve also brought in the most moneyline tickets of any underdog and the second-most overall.

"But the bigger bets are on the Ravens, and that’s why this line hasn’t come down."

UPDATE 4:30 P.M. ET WEDNESDAY: Baltimore hit TwinSpires Sportsbook's NFL odds Week 6 market as 6.5-point chalk, and that's where the number remains. Washington is drawing 64% of early spread tickets/70% of early spread money.

"The Commanders have been the public darling, and that continues this week at Baltimore. The Commanders are also attracting 2/1 tickets and 6/1 money on the moneyline. They will likely be our biggest liability again," TwinSpires director of retail sports Zachary Lucas said.

TwinSpires is stuck on a total of 51.5, with 65% of tickets/59% of money on the Over.

UPDATE 10 P.M. ET SUNDAY: Washington (4-1 SU and ATS) is arguably the story of the season so far, led by rookie QB Jayden Daniels. In Week 5, the Commanders ripped Cleveland 34-13 as 3-point home favorites.

Since losing at Tampa in Week 1, Washington is 4-0 SU and ATS.

Baltimore (3-2 SU and ATS) put an 0-2 SU and ATS start behind it by winning and cashing in the last three games. But it didn't come easy in Week 5. The Ravens outlasted Cincinnati 41-38 in overtime, winning on a field goal after the Bengals missed a field goal in the extra session.

Lamar Jackson & Co. narrowly covered as 2.5-point road favorites.

The SuperBook opened Commanders-Ravens at Baltimore -6.5, with no movement tonight.

"Baltimore lucked out in Cincy, and Washington looked awesome again. But this is by far the stiffest test of the year for the Commanders. In a Beltway Battle, we still think the public will back Baltimore," SuperBook risk supervisor Chase Michaelson said.

This morning, however, the line is back down to Philly -8.5. The Eagles are taking 57% of spread bets/62% of spread money.

DK opened the total at 44, dropped to 42.5 by Wednesday and went to 42 this morning. The Over is getting 59% of bets/58% of money.

UPDATE 4 P.M. ET FRIDAY: Philly opened -9.5 at Fanatics Sportsbook and got as low as -8. But the Eagles are back out to -9.5, while landing 62% of and 75% of money on the spread.

The total is down to 42.5 from a 44 opener, but Fanatics trader Ethan Useloff there's "a bunch more Over play now than Under."

UPDATE 10 P.M. ET SUNDAY: Philadelphia (2-2 SU and ATS) hopes a bye week will help get its head straight. In Week 4, the Eagles went to Tampa Bay as 1-point faves and got rolled 33-16.

Cleveland (1-4 SU and ATS) is struggling, and there's speculation that a QB change from Deshaun Watson to Jameis Winston could be coming. The Browns were 3-point pups at Washington and got rolled 34-13.

As such, The SuperBook opened Philly -8.5 in NFL Week 6 odds, and the line is already up to -9 tonight.

"How bad do the Browns look? We'll push this number as high as the wiseguys will let us, because the public will bet the Eagles at any reasonable number," SuperBook risk supervisor Chase Michaelson said.

Tampa got as far as -4 Wednesday and is now -3.5 (-105). In digital betting (mobile/online), the Bucs are landing 72% of spread tickets/71% of spread money at BetMGM, and they're surely in plenty of parlays/moneyline parlays.

"It's all Bucs money in this one," BetMGM trader Christian Cipollini.

The total opened at 45.5 and plunged as low as 41 on the Carr news. It's now 42.5, with 73% of tickets/81% of money on the Over.

UPDATE 2:30 P.M. ET FRIDAY: This matchup opened Saints -3 in Fanatics Sportsbook's NFL odds Week 6 market. But with New Orleans QB Derek Carr (oblique) ruled out early in the week, it jumped all the way to Tampa Bay -3.5.

Rookie Spencer Rattler will start for the Saints on Sunday.

By percentage of tickets and money, Bucs-Saints is Fanatics' most lopsided game this week. Heading into the weekend, the Bucs are drawing 90% of spread tickets/95% of spread money.

By number of tickets/amount of money, the Bucs rank No. 2 in both categories, behind only the Lions, who are 3-point favorites at Dallas.

UPDATE 5:45 P.M. ET WEDNESDAY: New Orleans opened -2.5 at TwinSpires Sportsbook and slid to -1.5 early this week. On Tuesday's news that Saints QB Derek Carr (oblique) is out this week, the line jumped the fence all the way to Tampa Bay -3.5.

The Bucs are landing 55% of early spread tickets/74% of early spread cash.

"Money is pouring in on Tampa Bay, after New Orleans announced Carr's injury. It's either Jake Haenor or Spencer Rattler at QB, which doesn't bode well for the Saints," TwinSpires director of retail sports Zachary Lucas said this afternoon.

A short time later, the Saints announced that the rookie Rattler would start this week.

The total opened at 45, plunged to 41, then nudged to 41.5. The Under is seeing 60% of tickets/63% of money.

UPDATE 8:30 P.M. ET TUESDAY: New Orleans (2-3 SU/3-2 ATS) lost the Week 5 Monday night game at Kansas City 26-13 catching 5.5 points. It's the third consecutive loss for the Saints.

More concerning, quarterback Derek Carr left the game with 9:32 remaining after suffering an oblique injury. Reports indicate Carr won't play this week and could miss multiple games.

On Sunday evening, The SuperBook opened Bucs-Saints at New Orleans -2.5 in NFL odds Week 6. Early Monday afternoon, the line nudged to Saints -2. The line came off the board once Saints-Chiefs kicked off.

When the line went back up this morning, in the wake of Carr's injury, it jumped the fence to Bucs -2, then advanced -2.5. Early this evening, once there was more clarity on Carr, Tampa Bay moved to -3/-3.5.

The total also made a significant move this morning, from 45.5 straight to 42. This evening, it dipped another point to 41.

UPDATE 10 P.M. ET SUNDAY: Tampa Bay (3-2 SU and ATS) enters off a mini-bye, having played in the Week 5 Thursday night game. The Buccaneers got into a shootout with Atlanta and lost 36-30 in overtime as 2.5-point road pups.

New Orleans (2-2 SU/3-1 ATS) still has Week 5 work to do. The Saints visit Kansas City for the Monday night game.

In Week 6 NFL odds, New Orleans opened -2.5 (-120), with no movement tonight at The SuperBook.

"Pretty similar power ratings here," SuperBook risk supervisor Chase Michaelson said. "The Saints are off a short week and the Bucs off a mini-by, so that'll be an interesting angle. We'll probably need Tampa."

UPDATE 10:45 A.M. ET SUNDAY: DraftKings pegged Houston 7.5-point chalk to open, then spent the first half of the week at various iterations of -7. Since Thursday, the line has been stable at -6.5, even with the Texans attracting 80% of spread tickets/77% of spread dollars.

The total opened at 39.5, bottomed out at 37.5 multiple times during the week and is now 38. The Over is netting 67% of tickets/70% of money.

UPDATE 2:30 P.M. ET FRIDAY: Houston opened -7.5 in Week 6 NFL odds at Fanatics Sportsbook, and the line is down to -6.5. New England announced a QB change this week, benching Jacoby Brissett to start rookie Drake Maye.

It's two-way action on the spread, with ticket count almost dead even and 54% of money on the Texans.

"It was mostly Texans spread action midweek, but bettors have really come in on the Patriots over the past 48 hours or so," Fanatics senior editor Max Meyer said. "The 7.5 was quickly picked off on Sunday night, and then the line was bouncing between 6.5 and 7 for the first few days.

"But since Thursday, it’s stayed put at 6.5. Maye is getting the headlines, but I think another big story here is how rough Houston’s offense looked after Nico Collins’ injury last week."

Collins is the NFL's leading receiver, with 567 yards in five games. He suffered a hamstring injury vs. Buffalo and is now on injured reserve.

UPDATE 10 P.M. ET SUNDAY: Houston (4-1 SU/1-4 ATS) finally got a spread-cover for bettors, and in a tight game against strong opponent, no less. The Texans edged Buffalo 23-20 on a final-seconds field goal, cashing as 1.5-point home favorites.

New England (1-4 SU/1-3-1 ATS) is on an 0-4 SU/0-3-1 ATS slide. In Week 5, the Patriots lost a rock fight with Miami 15-10 as 2-point home underdogs.

Texans-Patriots opened at Houston -7 tonight, with no movement so far at The SuperBook. The total, though, dipped from 40 to 39 shortly after opening.

Spread tickets and money are running 2/1 on the Packers in BetMGM's digital wagering (mobile/online). However, the Cardinals are a popular moneyline play, with tickets 2/1 and money 2.5/1 on Arizona.

"We'll want the Cards to cover but the Packers to win," BetMGM trader Christian Cipollini said.

The total opened at 49.5, touched 50.5 Monday, but fell back to 47.5 by Wednesday. It's still at 47.5, with 53% of tickets on the Over/66% of cash on the Under.

UPDATE 4:30 P.M. ET WEDNESDAY: Green Bay is 5-point chalk in TwinSpires Week 6 NFL odds, matching where the Packers opened. Spread ticket count is almost dead even, and 58% of spread money is on the Pack.

The total is down 2 points, from 49.5 to 47.5, with 64% of tickets on the Over/63% of money on the Under.

"Sharp play on Under 49.5 and 48.5," TwinSpires director of retail sports Zachary Lucas said.

UPDATE 10 P.M. ET SUNDAY: Green Bay (3-2 SU and ATS) delivered as a popular Week 5 public play. The Packers held off the L.A. Rams 24-19 giving 3 points on the road.

Arizona (2-3 SU and ATS) sprung one of the bigger Week 5 surprises. The Cards trailed San Francisco 23-10 at halftime, but shut out the Niners from there and won 24-23 on a late field goal. Arizona was a 7-point road 'dog.

Cardinals-Packers hasn't moved off Green Bay -5, and the total is stable at 50 in The SuperBook's NFL odds Week 6 market.

UPDATE 10 P.M. ET SUNDAY: Indianapolis is 2-3 SU, but is doing much better for bettors at 4-1 ATS. In Week 5, the Colts lost at Jacksonville 37-34, but covered as 3.5-point underdogs.

Tennessee (1-3 SU and ATS) is coming off its bye week, after finally cracking the win column in Week 4. The Titans were 2.5-point underdogs at Miami and rolled to a 33-12 victory.

Quarterback Will Levis exited in the first quarter of Tennessee's win with a shoulder injury. But he's expected to return this week.

The SuperBook opened Colts-Titans at pick, with a total of 42, and both are stable tonight in NFL Week 6 odds.

UPDATE 3 P.M. ET FRIDAY: ESPNBET opened the Jags +2 and is now +1. Jacksonville is taking just 36% of spread bets, but 82% of spread money. By percentage, that's the most lopsided money count of any game in ESPNBET's NFL Week 6 odds.

UPDATE 10 P.M. ET SUNDAY: Jacksonville (1-4 SU/2-3 ATS) finally cracked the win column this season, ending a 1-9 SU/3-7 ATS slide dating to last season. The Jaguars topped Indianapolis in a shootout 37-34 on a last-minute field goal, cashing as 3.5-point home favorites.

Chicago (3-2 SU/4-1 ATS) finally got an easy win behind rookie QB Caleb Williams. The Bears drilled Carolina 36-10 giving 4 points at home. Williams passed for 304 yards and two touchdowns.

UPDATE 7:15 P.M. ET THURSDAY. An hour before kickoff, the Niners are -3.5 on BetMGM's NFL Week 6 odds board. San Francisco opened -3 (-120), adjusted to -3 flat Monday morning, then went to -3.5 (-105) Monday night.

The line went to 49ers -3.5 flat Wednesday afternoon. In digital action (mobile/online betting), the Niners are taking 64% of spread tickets/73% of spread money.

On the moneyline, 62% of tickets are on underdog Seattle, but 75% of cash is on San Fran. That includes a $100,000 bet on 49ers -180, to win $55,556.

"We will need the Seahawks and the Under," BetMGM senior trader Tristan Davis said.

The total opened at 46.5, climbed to 49.5 by Wednesday afternoon, went to 48.5 (Over -120) this morning and 48 (Over -120) early this evening. It's now at 48.5 again.

UPDATE 2:45 P.M. ET THURSDAY: With 5.5 hours until kickoff, San Fran is 3.5-point chalk in Fanatics Sportsbook's Week 6 NFL odds. That's where this line opened, and the Niners spent time at -3 this week, too.

San Francisco is landing 73% of spread bets/78% of spread money. Specifically when the line was Niners -3, the favorite took 96% of bets/97% of money. At -3.5, bets and money are just shy of 2/1 in favor of San Fran.

"The 49ers have received the majority of the action at -3.5, but it’s not overwhelming like it was at -3," Fanatics senior editor Max Meyer said.

On the moneyline – currently 49ers -190/Seahawks +160 – tickets are almost dead even, with a slight lean toward Seattle. But San Fran is getting 63% of moneyline cash.

Fanatics opened the total at 47, peaked at 49.5 and is now at 48.5. Tickets and money are both running almost dead even.

"Seattle’s defense looked great in the first three weeks, when facing Bo Nix, Jacoby Brissett and Skylar Thompson," Meyer said. "The last two games, that unit has really struggled, and now the defense is dealing with a few key injuries.

"So I get why the total went up, though we finally saw strong resistance at 49.5, where most of the Under action came in."

UPDATE 4:30 P.M. ET WEDNESDAY: TwinSpires Sportsbook opened and remains at 49ers -3.5. San Fran is seeing 53% of early spread tickets, while 55% of early spread money is on Seattle for Thursday night's game.

"We're pretty even on the spread and the moneyline," TwinSpires director of retail sports Zachary Lucas said. "The real liability is on the total. It's another prime-time Under that we'll need."

The total climbed from 47 to 48 to 49, with 64% of tickets/80% of money on the Over so far.

UPDATE 10 P.M. ET SUNDAY: San Francisco (2-3 SU and ATS) can't get Christian McCaffrey back soon enough. In Week 5, the Niners led Arizona 23-10 at halftime. But San Fran didn't score again, losing on a late field goal 24-23 as 7-point home chalk.

Seattle (3-2 SU/1-3-1 ATS) can certainly relate to San Francisco, at least in Week 5. The Seahawks were also laying 7 points at home and lost to the New York Giants 29-20.

The SuperBook opened 49ers-Seahawks at San Fran -3.5 tonight and is down to -3 (-120) in Week 6 NFL odds.

"Two teams coming off very disappointing home losses. But the public still believes in San Fran until otherwise noted. I'm sure we'll need Seattle," SuperBook risk supervisor Chase Michaelson said.

The total is already up a point tonight, moving from 46.5 to 47.5.
