2026 AFC Championship Odds

Buffalo Built

LATEST UPDATE: The Buffalo Bills are 3-0 and have nearly cut in half their AFC championship futures odds at BetMGM. Preseason, the Bills were +360, and they're now the +190 favorite.

Despite a 1-2 start, and a game at Kansas City in Week 4, the Baltimore Ravens are the +260 second choice.

Then come the surging Los Angeles Chargers. At 3-0, the Chargers are into the +600 third choice in AFC championship odds. When these prices first went up in February, L.A. was the +1100 fifth choice.

The Chiefs, who opened months ago as the +350 co-favorite with Baltimore, are now out to +700.

The Indianapolis Colts have made the most significant move. Indy is 3-0, going from a +4000 opener to the +1400 fifth choice.

Buffalo is No. 1 in both tickets and money. Interestingly, the +1600 sixth choice Denver Broncos (+1600) are No. 2 in tickets and money, followed by Kansas City in both categories.

The Ravens are fourth in tickets and money, with the Cincinnati Bengals rounding out the top five. But Cincy lost Joe Burrow to a Week 2 toe injury that required surgery, and he could be out until December. As such, the Bengals slid from a +800 opener to +6600.
